Had a good experience purchasing our 2025 Ascent. Salesperson Emile was very nice and not at all the pressuring type that many salespeople are on car lots. Business Manager was good too. He did the typical conversation about extended warranty and service contract. But again, not really a pressure type guy. This is our first Subaru so I'm crossing my fingers the positive experiences extend to the Service people as well. More
Knew I wanted a new car so picked Suburu of Georgtown as it is at a close location to where I live. From the moment we walked in the door until I bought a car, their help was awesome! The salesman paid attention to my requirements and was able to find several cars for me to test drive. In rhe end he found me the besr car right down to the perfect color. Everything was explained well and am very happy with my choice. Great service from sales and finance. More
Under new ownership, bought my Subaru at GT Subaru and service was just average of not below. Mechanic wise was great but actual service advisor not so much. Now “new and improved” service has indeed improved. I see a couple of advisors still there that jerked me around previously but worked with George this time. Setup an appointment at 8 and was told would be 2 hours. After nearly 3 hours he honestly told me that they took another car in front of mine for various reasons. That’s fine but when you expectations with the customers, that’s what they need to know. I did state I would not be waiting in the lobby but ended up coming back to wait anyway. I did check in and say I was back after a short time of being gone. Regardless, George was honest about it and did a great job. I will continue to bring my vehicle back to George at GT Subaru for service More
Subaru of G-town just gets better and better. Quick attendants get you out of the vehicle, talking to a service rep. in a matter of just a minute or two. THEN, it's like waiting for your car to be serviced in a Starbucks! There's a full-size bare with seating on three sides for doing your digital thing in addition to their regular very accomodating lounge area. BTW it's all complimentary Including the snacks and breakfast bars! WOW, top-level service and deluxe amenities. More

I have only had one bad experience with this dealership and I learned later that the person that worked on my car had been fired.
