Erfan, our sales rep, came by and visited with us. DeeAnna, our Service Rep, brought the keys to yus and went over the paperwork of what was done, and let us know when the next oil change and checkup should be before walking us to the door. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and we left feeling like our business was appreciated. More

Had a problem with heating in my Forester. Lauren in Service Dept confirmed this issue was related to a recall known issue with specific part. This made the repair a warranty issue. Also the video inspection revealed a serious issue with torn rubber bushings. Due to the type warranty I was offered on purchase of my vehicle the repair was done for the $100 deductible. The service department pointed out the fuel system needed attention so was pleased that once the needs were diagnosed the repairs were done quickly. Glad to recommend this dealership. More
