Bought a used Honda CR-V with a friend. First time buying a used car. He doesn't have a great credit score and they basically said we had to buy an interior and exterior vehicle protection First time buying a used car. He doesn't have a great credit score and they basically said we had to buy an interior and exterior vehicle protection warranty for $1,000 or the financing wouldn't work. We had already agreed on the price and I tried to decline this but Danny said they already included it in the loan deal they worked out and wouldn't go back to the lender to have it removed. I really needed the car and had already been in the dealership for about 6 hours at this point so I signed the contract and left with the car. Now that I'm reading the documents in more detail, what they told me was a "vehicle protection warranty" is actually a "vehicle sealant package" that I supposedly purchased (with an associated warranty) which I'm 99% sure they didn't install. Also, there is a line in the contract that says "PURCHAE OF THE SEALANT IS NOT REQUIRED IN ORDER TO PURCHASE, LEASE OR OBTAIN FINANCING FOR THE VEHICLE." I was also pressured into buying a Battery Protection Plan and GAP insurance and was told by Danny that all of these add-ons were necessary for financing, and now that I have had a chance to read all of the docs, I realize this was a lie. Yes, I should have reviewed all of the docs before signing but I had been in the dealership for six hours and trusted what had been said to me by Danny and Sivia. I wish I could leave a better review for Sivia - I felt that he was very kind and not pushy - but he did mis-represent the "Vehicle Sealant Package" as a warranty for all interior damage. As a likely Subaru and Honda buyer in the future, I will likely be taking my business to dealerships not owned by CAG unless someone with Subaru of Georgetown can make this right. More

The ownership has changed back in 2024, so if you have purchased a car before then, you will get absolutely no help from the team. I purchased my new Subaru Forester back in 2019 and had questions about my warranty. They said since ownership had changed, they couldn't access any information from May of 2024. How is that possible? I went to a different Subaru dealership in a different city months later and they were able to pull up my information. Horrible customer service and stayed on the phone for months and always got the run around. No voicemail services. Finance department team put no effort into looking into it and just pushed me off to a Volvo Dealership? No direct phone numbers. Bought a new Subaru in 2025 and I definitely did NOT buy it from them. More
I started the search for my new Subaru online. Subaru of Georgetown was the only dealership to respond in a timely manner, so I started the process with them. Jason was the salesperson who assisted me and he made the process SO easy!!! I had other dealerships contact me later, but the service and price that Subaru of Georgetown offered was the perfect fit. Since my purchase, Jason and Danny (Danny handled my financing), have been available to answer questions I've had in regard to my vehicle. I couldn't have asked for a better buyiing experience and I absolutely LOVE my new Subie! More
