I purchased a 23 chevy Silverado and I told the salesman that I didn't want any add on's (extra insurance, or xx protection) on the vehicle, only the price and TTL. Once we arrived on a price I was sen that I didn't want any add on's (extra insurance, or xx protection) on the vehicle, only the price and TTL. Once we arrived on a price I was sent to Finance to sign all the paperwork. When I saw the contract I notice that there was a "Battery for Life" charge for 599.00 and exterior protect coverage at 998.00 which are add-0ns on top of the sales price. I argued with the finance guy and he said I should have settled it with the salesman "Eddy". The salesman Eddy, had told me that those were included in the price of the vehicle and not an additional charge. I know this is all extra money in his pocket at my expense. The finance man called him in and he told me that everyone gets these and if you ever have tree sap on your vehicle they will remove it free. I argued and argued but gave in and decided just to take it, cause I really wanted the truck. When I got home I saw that the tree sap insurance was only good for 3 years and it cost me $1000 to get. (rip off) I called the manager the next week and told him I did not want any insurance and to refund me those cost. He said he couldn't do that and it was already in the contract which was just lies. I know they can refund those charges they just didn't want to. He offered me let make it a 7 year contract instead of 3 and that should help you out in case you ever need it. Why won't they just refund my money and when I said I didn't want any extras then why add it hoping I wouldn't catch it. It seems all dealers play this scam so read your contract carefully. I never got my 7 years for tree sap insurance and never got a refund. They don't respect customers wishes and if the customer doesn't want it then why add it behind their backs hoping they don't catch it when they are signing their contract. I should have walked out when I first caught it but didn't. Will they make it right ? I'm sure they won't seeing its all about the money they put in their pocket. BUYER BEWARE – Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Irresponsible I’ve bought and sold many vehicles over the years and have never had such a frustrating and unprofessional experience. After signing all paperwork and taking delivery of my new Subaru, the dealership mailed me documents days later demanding I pay over $2,400 in additional taxes — a cost they failed to calculate or disclose properly during the deal. Worse, their team processed my lease payoff, trade-in, and title paperwork incorrectly, and when I asked for a fair resolution, they responded with aggressive phone calls and completely shut off my remote access and vehicle safety features, putting my family at risk. This was clearly retaliatory and unethical. Rather than admit their mistakes and work toward an amicable solution, they’ve chosen to bully the customer, waste my time, and double down on their own incompetence. This is not a simple mistake — it's a total failure in professionalism, accountability, and basic decency. If you’re considering buying a car from here, think twice. More
I arrived at 1:30 to buy a batteries for my wife’s key fob. Instead of making me wait till 2 o’clock for my appointment, they took me straight in, and I waited only 40 minutes before they told me my car w fob. Meanwhile, they have a full coffee bar with an on duty barista who made me coffee Americano with coconut milk. The cost: zero. The service advisor, BOBBY, was wonderful and the wedding room was extremely pleasant with very comfortable chairs. I can’t imagine a better dealership on the face of the Earth More

I took my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek in for it's first 6-month service. Excellent support from my service advisor, George P. He took time to explain everything and keeping me informed on how the service was going service. Excellent support from my service advisor, George P. I also enjoyed the free coffee bar while waiting. I was thoroughly impressed with my visit and will continue to return for future services for my Crosstrek. More
