During our last conversation, you expressed a desire to cancel the products. In an effort to make things right, I offered to extend your EPP coverage to a 7-year term, provided we were able to make that adjustment. To our understanding, this change was successfully processed, and we’ll be sending a copy of the updated contract to you for your records. As discussed, the products included in your agreement are non-cancelable, and I’ve personally explained why that is the case. At no point was there any intent to mislead you. Our finance team reviewed both products with you in detail, including how each could benefit you in the long term. We do our best to make sure everything is communicated clearly, and I’m sorry if anything along the way felt confusing or frustrating. We do not toss out high reviews for fun. We were both awestruck over the level of service we recieved. When a job is done well it is worth reckognition. This dealership earned it.
