I love the people who work at this particular location . I have another Subaru dealership closer distance- wise, and our whole family chooses to drive extra distance just to avoid the other location . We ow I have another Subaru dealership closer distance- wise, and our whole family chooses to drive extra distance just to avoid the other location . We own 4 Subarus we service all of them in Gallatin . We had bought 2 last vehicles from them as well . Everyone we had come in contact with is exceptionally nice and helpful . Love this place ! More

Last weekend we took a trip to Nashville to visit family. My trusty 2013 Subaru Legacy kept giving us a warning light (AT OIL TEMP) after about 5 hours of intense interstate travel. We could stop for a bit My trusty 2013 Subaru Legacy kept giving us a warning light (AT OIL TEMP) after about 5 hours of intense interstate travel. We could stop for a bit and let it cool off and then start up again. This is not the way to complete a 12 1/2 hour planned drive!! As evening approached, it was obvious that if we made it all the way to Nashville, that the return trip would take several days!!! I began calling dealerships. As it was late, not many were open on a Friday night. I got lucky and found GALLATIN SUBARU, just north of Nashville, TN. After discussing the problem with the sevice person, Thomas Broadrick, he agreed to look at the car first thing on Saturday morning. To make a long travel tale shorter, bottom line: 1) They fixed the problem, 2) They were very kind and helpful, 3) They lent us a 'loaner' for the weekend, AND 4) They even called the day after we got home to make sure we had not had any more issues with our vehicle. Now THAT is great customer service. Thank you to Thomas and your crew at GALLATIN SUBARU for caring about our car's performance as well as our vacation. You are absolutely 5-stars in our book! More

Today was the first time I had visited Subaru of Gallatin for service on my Subaru Forester. I was extremely pleased with the service. The service manager, Jimmy, was very thorough in explaining what the se for service on my Subaru Forester. I was extremely pleased with the service. Took my wife’s forester in for service because the Nashville Subaru was so terrible, what an amazing experience. It was clean, organized and well ran, completely unlike the downtown Subaru. They even kept us updated the entire process as to what they were doing and if it was covered on the warranty. Subaru had an issue with the item we needed to replace so they had extended the warranty on that item. Thanks to Gallatin Subaru and Subaru for standing behind their product. It’s a bit of a drive but well worth it for good service. I again dropped by with my Subaru yesterday because my tire lights were on because of the colder temp and he thanked me for coming in and took my car to air up my tires. I wish I was better with names but he was incredibly friendly and helpful. More
