All the staff we met (at least six! ) were very helpful with any questions we asked of them. We were not sure if we wanted to buy a previously owned Subaru or get a lease. With the complexity of vehicles today, and we like to keep our vehicles for a while, it was a must that we get the extended warranty. Furthermore, Matt, Kim, and Chez answered any questions that we had at the day of sale and days later when some other questions came to mind.
