The sales staff was awesome, the financing individual was a bully, condescending, and not truthful who is no longer with Subaru of Ft. Myers. After 5 months we are still fighting/waiting for a credit for ad a bully, condescending, and not truthful who is no longer with Subaru of Ft. Myers. After 5 months we are still fighting/waiting for a credit for add-ons that were wrongfully added to the our contract. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The credit for the wrongful add-ons was approved 3 months ago but somehow it has never reached our lien holder. Calls weekly have not resolved this nightmare. I'm not sure it will ever get resolved and I am out $5,000. Jack Woodring should be ashamed of the handling of this unfortunate event. Buyer beware! More

Bad experience . Took most of the day to buy a used car . Temporary tag expired on 6/25/25 . Still waiting for permanent tag on 6/17/25 . They spelled our name wrong on contract .many numerous crazy credit inquiries on our finances . Finance department will not answer calls or return calls . Travis whom was the finance guy conveniently doesn’t work there in less than a week of purchase . . We are being ignored ! Gordo was a good salesman; but it’s out of his control concerning finance department deceit ! Big disappointment to say the least !! More
