If you look very closely just before video cuts out, you'll notice a slight movement of dash cam which indicates the time employee pulled power cable. Power plug was found wrapped around rear view mirror mount. I immediately attempted to file a complaint with Mr. Woodrow McFadden but he vigorously defended his Valet driver with all types of possible scenarios as to why the guy would pull the plug "By Accident" as Mr McFadden put it. So the camera power cable wrapped itself around the mirror mount through some type of osmosis? Of course the Valet driver denied ever touching the camera. I told Mr McFadden I would review video at home and contact him if I find anything revealing. After sending Mr. McFadden the video and several emails "all" communications from him have stopped. Is it because he realized, after watching video, his employee made a fool of him?...... Whatever the reason customers should beware when leaving your cars at this dealership overnight for service @ Subaru Of Englewood / Town Motors 135 South Dean Street Englewood NJ...... If we can't trust the managers at this dealership/service center to take the time and investigate a customer complaint then who can we trust!? They certainly didn't have a problem taking my $1400.00 for service but they seem to have a problem when it comes to customer service UPDATE: 10/3/18.... So after posting this video and review on Yelp the owner of the dealership posted a response to my review stating that she reached out to me and said we had a conversation about the incident. She claims we spoke about several things including any additional miles on car, service, etc........ Let me be very clear on her statement about our conversation.... "THAT CONVERSATION NEVER HAPPENED". Rather than "actually" contacting me she decided to post a false response to my review. I have since emailed with Mr. McFadden and called xxxxxxxx on the lie they decided to use as a response. The name of the game with Subaru Of Englewood seems to be..... lie, hide and cover-up. I actually feel bad for Mr McFadden because it looks like his boss threw him under a bus rather than speak with us herself. More

I have a maintenance contract and due to a 'glitch' in the system they continue to try to charge me every single time. I didn't carry my paperwork w/me this last time (after three years you'd think I shouldn't have to) and they charged me for the service because my contract 'expired". Didn't expire. Now I can't get anyone on the phone. It's insulting and sad because the sales team is excellent. More

Went in for recall work, then told I needed bogus services So dishonest! Free inspection they offered with our urgent recall work... I'm an easy target, because I believed them at first and ALMOST authorized $2,000 of repairs without double checking. Took to a second opinion repair shop that our whole community uses and trusts. Found out we didn't need the work. Never go to anyone you cannot trust fully, even a dealership you think would want to earn your trust and business. I will not go back to this dealership. Trust is critical, and they blew it. Additionally, my car was not ready when it was supposed to be and it was a huge inconvenience with scheduling around retrieving it. More

Great Service department that went above and beyond for me. I recently bought my dream car at an out of state Subaru dealer. I had it for a week and noticed a whirring sound that I thought was coming from the I recently bought my dream car at an out of state Subaru dealer. I had it for a week and noticed a whirring sound that I thought was coming from the center differential. When I took it in to Town Subaru I met with Jessie Arlington who became my service rep. They ran a diagnostic and deemed that the clutch needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the clutch isn't covered under warranty and I would have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. Jessie and the service manager, Jeffery Couch worked it out and are covering the repair at no cost to me. These guys saved me a ton of time and money, I will be recommending these guys to all my friends and family from now on. More
Bad service had to pay twice My car had 3 lights on the dashboard. Took it here to get it fixed, they had to replace a part. I had to pay twice for labor when they shoulda fixed it the first time I was there. More
Please stay away from Town Subaru for repairs! The Town Subaru service department NEVER moved my car or put my car up on a lift (even after the service rep Woody assured me they did!). Town Subaru tried to pressure me into $4000.00 dollar unnecessary repair. After towing my car to Ramsey Subaru, a $600.00 repair totally fixed my car. Please be wary of Town Subaru in Englewood N.J. service department. TOTALLY UNETHICAL!!! Tony Martins from Town Subaru was dismissive and insincere in his dealing with the issue. Tony Martins was EXTREMELY unprofessional and is not cable of handling unhappy customer. Subaru has always been a brand I have trusted (this 2015 limited Impreza is my second Subaru) and I will buy another. But Never from Town Subaru! And NEVER, NEVER have my Subaru serviced at Town Subaru in Englewood. N.J.!!!! More
