Yesterday, 2/8/24, we had our next to last free maintenance appt. Joesph was our service person and he was terrific. Keep us informed and got us in and out as quickly as he promised. Samantha from the service team was very helpful and professional in dealing with customers even they are new in the dealership.My car was 5 years no issues until an engine light popped up and disables professional in dealing with customers even they are new in the dealership.My car was 5 years no issues until an engine light popped up and disables a lot of features.Samantha took my car in let the tech do the troubleshooting and recommended needed maintenance, explained everything that needs to be done and what was the timeline. She made sure that the car will come out safer better and fixed. With the amount of work to be done she waited until my car was fixed which was already late but she was there to support the customer. The charges she presented were fair and true to the work done. Overall the experience was amazing and excellent.with the service team of Samantha. Thank you for a great service..Jon Avila More
