I brought the car for oil change at ~10,000 miles. The car is practically new. I had to wait 2 and 1/2 hour and spent almost $200. The woman at the reception was not particularly friendly. I had as less than good experience in May 2024 with a oil change on my Outback. I waited for my car, and it took an inordinate amount of time [almost 2 hours] to do a simple oil change. Plus, I had an appoin change on my Outback. I waited for my car, and it took an inordinate amount of time [almost 2 hours] to do a simple oil change. Plus, I had an appointment for this service. This poor service was capped off by having to wait for almost an hour, for the service department to find my car after they told me the service was completed They eventually found and brought my car to the area where the vehicles are returned to their owners., My car was buried in their parking lot, even though they knew I was waiting for my vehicle. This was all capped off by the person who delivered my car to me from their parking lot, sarcastically saying "thank you", when I didn’t offer him a gratuity. Also, as part of any service at Subaru of Englewood, they check your tire pressure. If necessary, they return the tire pressure to factory specifications. They over inflated my tires and they weren't set to factory specifications. More

Thank you so much ! ~~~Joe~~~! Joe really helped me out. Joe was able to replace my transmission valve body free of charge under warranty on a nearly 11 year old vehicle. ~~~Joe~~~! Joe really helped me out. Joe was able to replace my transmission valve body free of charge under warranty on a nearly 11 year old vehicle. For those that don't know. CVT warranty was extended to 10 years. after 10 it requires approval. however because of joe's specific insight that he was able to help get the cost covered under special warranty coverage. I don't think that was common knowledge, but he was able to work his magic. Subaru of America may have have came to same conclusion or partial good will coverage but Joe was able to come up with the conclusion right away without a long drawn out process to get approval + he was able to get it completely covered under warranty. I purchased my car in April 2024. Chris Bradish was my salesman. He answered all my questions during the sales process. My husband Dan and I felt very comfortable dealing with Chris Chris Bradish was my salesman. He answered all my questions during the sales process. My husband Dan and I felt very comfortable dealing with Chris. Through Chris and others, we definitely sensed the “family” atmosphere at Subaru of Englewood and each person has had an “at your service” attitude as well a displaying a wealth of information to offer about the 2020 Impreza that I purchased. The car itself is quite amazing but has been challenging. My SOS alert seems to go off quite frequently without my input. The manuals are helpful but rather overwhelming. I was a financial advisor for 22+ years so I’m quite familiar with software, passwords, pins and fire walls etc. I had significant problems with establishing a PIN and it finally came down to that I went into my account on the Subaru Of Englewood website versus the Subaru APP. No one I spoke to at Starlink informed me that the PIN can only be established in the APP and that was after several very long phone calls. Finally a very nice gentlemen, Shay Hamilton, at the dealership did and we downloaded the APP and I was finally able to establish my PIN. One question I have is do you have any tutorials on the car. It would save a lot of time and frustration. I am retired and have some time to watch them if they are available. (My husband and I both care for disabled siblings so our time is limited.) Reading about various features can be rather awkward and seeing and illustrating the car features along with the many manuals I was given might make the car more user friendly. I drove the car on the highway last week for the second time and the car kept pulling to the left, I was not aware the Driver Assist feature was doing it and I literally felt like the car was driving itself or might have an alignment problem. That was scary. That’s one feature that should be fully explained or made the customer aware of. It was explained to me by “Ramber” during my service check of the alignment after the highway trip. Ramber is awesome. He should be nick named Rambo. He knows the car like the back of your hand. Amazing. Anyway I really do appreciate all the help I’ve been given thus far. If I can just figure out all the “basic” features of the car, I think there are some referrals in my future. I have a significant natural and professional network which I established over my career and even though I’m retired I still get asked for referrals and I am happy to give them once a history is established with a service provider. Many thanks for all those who have helped us thus far at Subaru of Englewood. More
