This is my first review. I've been a customer for over 3 years. Just had my oil changed last week. Melissa greeted me. PLUS Melissa was sure to give me the current discount and asked if I wanted my rewards applied. Absolutely! Melissa made me feel appreciated! That was a first. I settled on the Cross Trek for a couple of reasons: I had already purchased and drove a Forester, so this was making me a second time buyer. I had a good experience with the Parts & Service Dept at SoD, and I really liked the courtesy and professionalism of the sales staff at the dealership. I never go away displeased. More
