Sale experience was great when we bought our new Subaru in 2019. Went in for an oil change today because we are going on a trip this week and Saturday is the only day I could make it in. They do not allow in 2019. Went in for an oil change today because we are going on a trip this week and Saturday is the only day I could make it in. They do not allow appointments for oil changes so I was prepared to wait. When I got there I was told they couldn’t change my oil because too many people were ahead of me and they had no time. It infuriates me that you can’t make an appointment and can’t get an oil change on the one day that you can make it by there. I really think I need to reconsider what manufacture I buy my next new vehicle from. One that it’s service department is more conducive to our family’s very busy lifestyle. More

Competent, considerate service I bought my Forester here in 2013 and have returned numerous times for oil changes and other routine maintenance. The employees, sales and service, h I bought my Forester here in 2013 and have returned numerous times for oil changes and other routine maintenance. The employees, sales and service, have always treated me respectfully and never pressured me to opt for additional maintenance tasks, even if queried. After 93,000 miles, my car is still doing great. I have got into arguments with hard headed lube techs on Facebook. After paying $15k two years ago to get an engine shipped across the Atlantic, I brought my car in one last time in complete desperation due to having some sensors going out and throwing the car in limp mode. I get a call saying my car is ready to be picked up. The only problem is there is a ticking noise suspected of being a spun bearing that arose somehow during this service. Abuse? Neglect? Any combination of all of the above. I'm down a colossal investment and back at square one. If you care about your vehicle, DO NOT bring it to be serviced here More
The service is excellent and the work done is usually faster than quoted. They go the extra mile to get me on the road and are very professional in explaining any work to be done. I am called by name whe faster than quoted. They go the extra mile to get me on the road and are very professional in explaining any work to be done. I am called by name when making an appointment and when picking up my vehicle. They also replaced a headlight on my other vehicle, when I asked how to do it. The prices are resonable. I have never had to take my vehicle back to correct any service done. More
