I highly recommend John Robichaud at Subaru of Cherry Hill I had been in touch with Shannon in the internet sales dept. looking for a 2017 Impreza 5 dr. Premium. I was given a "Cherry Price" & was assured tha I had been in touch with Shannon in the internet sales dept. looking for a 2017 Impreza 5 dr. Premium. I was given a "Cherry Price" & was assured that particular model was in stock so I made my trip to Subaru of Cherry Hill. When I arrived everyone was already aware about what I was looking for. I was introduced to John Robichaud and from there things went quick & easy. The car was there...the internet price was honored & we agreed on a price on my trade in & the deal went through smoothly & my transaction was completed in less than 3 hours! There was no pressure from anyone & it seemed to be a fair deal...what more could you ask for!! More

I can be very annoying which I know because I am particular. They went to extra trouble to take time and talk about an issue I was having and are always so nice about doing so. They even follow up after spending tons of time when I was there, after I left, the actually called me back to answer a general question I had. They put all other service dept to shame. More
bought a lemon I had a great dealer named Tony who sold my daughter her first car. The car was driven for a week before breaking down for a bad alternator. This was an "as is" sale, but from everyone i've talked to; the dealership should have taken care of this under lemon law (1000 miles or 30 days). Anyways I don't have the time or energy to fight this and can replace the alternator cheaply and fairly easily. This post is to let everyone know what kind of people manage this dealer. Profits over doing the right thing! More
