Dan was great to work with. He was knowlegeable, friendly and accomodating. I came in with a build and buy report from Concumer Reports. When Dan went to the manager to get the deal approved he returned sayi and accomodating. I came in with a build and buy report from Concumer Reports. When Dan went to the manager to get the deal approved he returned saying that the manager wouldn't honor the deal as he thought that it applied only to cars which had to be ordered. Dan pointed out to him the small print which indicated that the deal applied to in-stock vehicles. The extra effort on Dan's part sealed the deal for me as an earlier contact with a different dealership almost soured me on the purchase of a new Forester. Dan even installed the roof cross bars himself. I would highly recommend Cherry Hill Subaru and especially Dan to anyone interested in a new Subaru! More
I was impressed with the straight forwardness and honesty from Thomas regarding the unavailability of the 2012 Outback inventory at the time of my visit to Cherry Hill Subaru. Earlier the same week that I ordered the car, I went to another dealership and was given a bogus reason the Outback inventory was low. They did not appear interested in discussing price or taking an order at that time. I went into both dealerships knowing what I wanted. I would recommend Cherry Hill Subaru to family and friends! He had Jay answer my quest. about finance wrote up the deal.Both men were professional,friendly and got the job dine without any games or hand offs.I wil visit cherry hill for service or any auto needs that come up it the future. I couldn't be any happier that I bought a Subaru. Subaru's have a reputation for being great cars so I decided to stop by the Cherry Hill dealership to look at the Impreza. The Impreza 5 door caught Subaru's have a reputation for being great cars so I decided to stop by the Cherry Hill dealership to look at the Impreza. The Impreza 5 door caught my eye. Immediately it became the only car I was interested in because every other car make and model could no longer compete in my mind. I couldn't find one negative thing to think about it. It surpassed everything I had envisioned my next car to be. I wasn't planning on buying a car that day- that was until I met Rich Robichaud. He made me feel very comfortable and confident that this was the car for me. He was very patient with me while I asked multiple questions. He knew I loved the car and wasn't going to let me leave until I was completely satisfied and had the keys to the car. I would definitely recommend Cherry Hill Subaru to anyone who appreciates great cars and great customer service. Rich Robichaud will not dissapoint you and neither will Cherry Hill Subaru. They know that their success is based upon the happiness of the customer. Also, word of mouth is a powerful thing. Everyone loves to hear about a great experience. More

We were prepared to purchase a vehicle when we came to the dealership. We had already done the preliminary "what we need; what we want, etc." We were referred to Mr. Gianakis by an acquaintance who reco the dealership. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and we both found the "buying" experience to be a painless one. I wouldn't hesitate to refer a friend to Mr. Gianakis at the Cherry Hill dealership. He also took the time to introduce us to the manager of the service department. We will return to the Cherry Hill dealership for our maintenance needs on our new vehicle. More

I had been looking at used Foresters online and had some free time so went to Cherry Hill Subaru to see what they had. Timing is everything and when I described what I wanted and how much money had to spend free time so went to Cherry Hill Subaru to see what they had. Timing is everything and when I described what I wanted and how much money had to spend, Ken told me they had just gotten in a car that morning that was being certified in the garage that might meet my criteria. He took me out to the garage to show me the car as the mechanics were checking out the engine. The car still had some things left behind by the previous owner (nothing important...can of soda, kids' markers, dog hair) so I knew this was "hot off the press". I really liked this honest and transparent approach. I also liked the car. Because my husband works long hours, they let me take the car overnight to test drive it and let him see it too. That was such a gesture of trust. I appreciated that. Though I really liked the car, the taxes and other fees brought me alittle bit over my budget, so I decided to hold off until I went to another dealer in South Jersey to see if they had anything similar for alittle bit less. That other dealer behaved very badly - trying to get me to buy a new car, having me test drive a car coming off lease that wasn't theirs yet, etc. I RAN back to Cherry Hill Subaru and decided that the little extra money was worth working with a dealer that was upfront and honest. Everyone I've met at this dealer was very down-to-earth and friendly. Easy to talk to. That's what I liked... that I had conversations about what I needed. I wasn't dodging sales pitches. Ken Carson was really great to work with and his support staff (the manager, owner, the other people who helped handle the paperwork) was also excellent. More

The employees and customer service were excellent. I feel I was treated respectfully and did not get any of the typical run-around and hard sell that I had at other dealers. They were able to match (and beat) the price I was quoted elsewhere and I didn't have to haggle to get it. My salesperson was excellent and gave me his honest opinion of some of the 'extras' i had questions about - he seemed to really have my best interests in mind. More
