Great at selling cars, not great at service and maintenance Salesman and manager were very helpful at selling car. I feel we got a good deal. But the service department and its pricing are horrible. They gouge you on little simple maintenance items like rotating and balancing your tires. We thought we had paid for both but then found out they didn't balance tires when we got a bad vibration. After this happened, I called and asked to speak to manager. New salesman (original was gone) said he would have him call but never happened. Tried twice. Also 35,000 maintenance is $600. but this is only for filters and a look over of car. Ridiculous for a car that cost $23,000 More

Our salesman Mark Lawler demonstrated professionalism and knowledge and a true enthusiasm for his Subaru product and made my daughter's first purchase great. Even an hour after closing Mark was so energetic and excited about reviewing the car. He was thorough and patient. I would recommend him for salesman of the month for sure. The finance person Jim, was great as well. Number cruncher but did not try to sell the warranties, he explained them and made our additional options easy to decide. Great group of people! More

The car salesman, Nick Staffieri, was great at showing me all the features of the car and allowing me to test drive it around the neighborhood. I knew after test driving the Forester that it was the car for me. The dealership was very patient with my numerous questions and helped me decide on which level and color I wanted. This dealership made my experience very easy and pleasant. I am very happy with the service I received at Subaru of Cherry Hill and with my new car. More

He was always very friendly, helpful and patient as we made our decision. He made sure during our visits to the dealership that we were provided with all the information we needed to know on the various choices we had for the Forester. We feel Randy took care of us during the process of purchasing the vehicle, going over all the features of our new Forester and also with follow up calls and e-mails after our purchase to insure if we had any questions he was available. It was a very easy and great experience. More
