Talked with Tom too and he also explained very well how can I come up with a lease. If you want the best salesman in this dealership, just ask for Damon! Management showing more respect for younger customers Initial experience was a good one with Randy. Test drove one of the vehicles. All was good until Tom Cassidy took over for finances. All of a sudden, the sales rep disappears and the finance man appears to talk price, payments, etc. The switch happens so fast. - one minute the sales rep is across from the customer and then all of a sudden, someone else is in his place. The payments were a little too much so Mr. Cassidy suggested a lease which this customer was not interested in. It was then suggested two more times with details of how it works for family, friends, etc. When a customer says over and over they are not interested in a lease, they are probably NOT interested. It got to be uncomfortable so this young customer got up to leave. At that point, there were some remarks made by Mr. Cassidy that were overheard and not necessary. He should have known better. More

Our salesman, Donovan, was exceptional in every way. The minute we walked into the dealership, he greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome and comfortable ( no pushy tactics or disinterest ). He was genuine and informative, well versed in Subaru virtues. Joel, who worked on the finance end was professional, engaging and knowledgeable. Steve, who sat with us in the car upon purchase to explain all the "knobs and buttons" was welcoming, funny and super informative. Both my husband and I were impressed and would recommend this dealership and Subaru to anyone and have. I drove two versions of the 2016 Impreza, got to understand the positive aspects of Eye-Sight system, and compare the suspension feel on different wheel sized models, on a very familiar series of ramps located a bit out of the normal test ride zone. They took their time with me so that I was very sure that I was buying the right car (although it was hard to pick the color!); and the car I have is perfect for me. I felt like the entire team was very effective at working together and working on their specialties, like test drive, finance, detailing, and education. The parts and service departments were super nice, too. (I am sorry I don't remember everyone's names, but everyone was super helpful and friendly.) A super big "thank you"! I have recommended the Dealership and salespeople and the car to everyone at work. When the owner came out and congratulated me on my new car, that was the icing on the cake! I have been back to get more education (I am not tech-savy), and everyone was just as friendly and nice. P.S. The selection of cars is great, too. More

From the moment that I walked into the dealership I felt like I was part of their family. In addition to being friendly they were very easy to deal with. As I can be indecisive when it comes to car buying, they were patient with me as we test drove several vehicles. I have to say that I was sold on the Legacy due to the eye sight technology and features that were pre loaded on the vehicle. Loved the Outback also, but since it was a bigger vehicle, I opted for the Legacy. From start to finish they treated me with the utmost respect and as though I was the most important person in their world. I cannot say enough about how helpful they were and continue to be. Highly recommend Subaru's (my first one) and this dealership! Worth the trip! More
