I've been going to Subaru of Cherry Hill for service since June of 2020. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer recently having my rear brakes serviced. I am usually greeted with great hospitality and quality service. Generally, the service is timely and accurate based on the estimated time to complete provided. However, much to my dismay, my bill included a $11.00 service charge on top of my $367.00 bill which parts totaled around $100. I can understand the labor costs involved; however, I am not happy with the $11.00 up charge for using a credit card especially given that business are beginning to shift to cashless. I am seriously thinking about looking for anew dealer to service my vehicle. More

Everyone we dealt with from the initial contact to driving off the lot was fantastic. We never felt pressured and were given the time to make the right decisions for us. Finance Department and that process was the cleanest and pressure free experience in a long, long time. 2024 Outback Premium with the right package. Overall, very pleased and happy I took the trip over. Car is very smooth and quiet - feels safe with great visibility. Averaging just shy of 28MPG's in the first 400 miles. More
