Erin, the sales manager, didn't play games while negotiating over price - very refreshing. Kimberly, the finance guru, was well prepared, knowledgeable and professional. Pleasant experience all around. After visiting 8 dealerships in Baton Rouge in the last 3 days I can say without a doubt these folks understand customer service. More
Good buying experience, Service on the other hand, NOT! I bought my 2015 WRX back in Sept. 2014. It was a good buying experience, could have been a little better. My car, however, has been in for service I bought my 2015 WRX back in Sept. 2014. It was a good buying experience, could have been a little better. My car, however, has been in for service 5 times already. (purchased brand new) The first 3 times were to get a scratch off of the rear door, the third time they kept my car for 3 days. The scratch remains on my door today! The next time was for a brake issue, they found a bad brake pad and it was tearing up the rotor. They fixed all of that under warranty no problem! Recently I was having a noise in my clutch. They had it for 15 days while they waited on parts, that they didn't even use!!! They told me it was Subaru's policy to order all parts associated with the clutch, wait for them to arrive and then open transmission to see what it actually needs! We were waiting on a flywheel that was back-ordered, then got stuck in Mississippi. After all that, all they changed was the release bearing. Then 2 days after I got my car back, the shifter failed on me going 60mph on the interstate, leaving me stuck in 3rd gear! Had it towed after a horrible experience with Subaru Roadside Assistance. Went to the dealership and was spoken to by the service manager in a way that is unacceptable to speak to any customer. They called me a few hours later telling it was ready, and that it was a shift cable retainer clip that was missing. She quickly added that it had nothing to do with the work they had completed 2 days earlier. Hard to believe since those parts were moved around and its only a 6 month old vehicle. I did not argue however, I just wanted to be done with the situation and the dealership! I do not recommend this dealer, as they have a severe problem with certain employees and keeping good ones! Both Service Advisers were the only good part about this experience, Very professional, respectful, and concerned about my situation, unlike the Service Manager. More

Their service department is very friendly, they offer all sorts of amenities for their guests, they do very thorough work. The sales team is envigorated. Last but not least, they sell Subaru. This is to me the best vehicle that you can buy short of spending an obscene amount of money on a luxury vehicle and then I'm not even sure. If you're looking for a vehicle, be sure to make one of your stops Subaru of Baton Rouge! More

Regular Maintenance I checked in my Subaru Forester at Subaru of Baton Rouge on Airline Hwy on 08/14/2014 for regular maintenance.. (Note: I was suppose to fill my ticket/tag #1415 and write my experience and send it by mail, but this ticket got accidentally damaged; so I'm just doing it here.) MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH SUBARU OF BATON ROUGE WAS OUTSTANDING; EXCELLENT OVERALL. I'M VERY SATISFIED, AND VERY HAPPY THAT FINALLY SUBARU HAD AN OUTLET HERE ON AIRLINE SINCE I ONLY LIVE NOT QUITE AWAY IN SORRENTO. Thank you very much. I'm looking forward for my next visit. More

She is always attentive, like the rest of the sales team, she does her homework, remembers your face and your issues, and will reach out with friendly reminders and updates. This is exactly the kind of buying experience that I enjoy and I think if you stop in or better yet, send her an email, you will also have a similar experience. The truth is, I think these vehicles sale themselves. When's the last time you were behind the wheel of a Subaru? Hmmm? Test drive one and you might not see vehicles the same way again. More
Our first visit was to have our Subaru Forester serviced with Chance. Aimee greeted me in the showroom and we discussed the Outback. She was knowledgeable and very friendly in helping us through the selection process(es)... Once we decided on the model and color, Chris came over and explained in great detail just what was what. I cannot emphasize enough how much the dealership and staff impressed me. I highly recommend them, and especially Erin and Amiee. More
