She was incredib of exceptional. From the moment we stepped onto the lot, our salesperson, Jadyn, made the car-buying process seamless and enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful, communicative, and responsive throughout every step of the process. What truly set Subaru of Baton Rouge apart was the complete lack of sales pressure. Jadyn always presented us with options, encouraged us to explore other dealerships, and made it clear that her priority was helping us find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. After thoroughly exploring our options elsewhere, we confidently returned to Subaru of Baton Rouge to purchase our first Subaru: an Outback Limited XT for my wife. Jadyn handled everything from start to finish, ensuring that the process was smooth and stress-free. She went above and beyond, taking the time—well after the dealership had closed—to walk me through all the vehicle's features, connect my phone, and answer every question we had. Her dedication and professionalism were truly remarkable. In addition, Terry in finance was equally impressive. He was incredibly patient, experienced, and thorough in explaining our financing and warranty options, allowing me to customize every aspect as I saw fit. His humor and candor made what is often a stressful part of the process simple and straightforward. Overall, this was the easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. If you’re in the market for a new car and want an experience that’s professional, pressure-free, and genuinely enjoyable, I highly recommend visiting Subaru of Baton Rouge and working with Jadyn and Terry. They’ve set the bar for what a car-buying experience should be. More

I had purchased the two cowls by the windowshield online and they sent me two of the right ones. By the time I installed it and realized they had mispackaged it the return time had lapsed. I tried to exchange the extra right one for a left at the dealership where I bought my vehicle. Louie refused even though it was in the original Subaru packaging. He said he can’t return it to Subaru. I suggested he could exchange it and keep it in His inventory. That way he gets to sell it at his retail price. He said no. It would have been such a small customer service gesture on his part but instead he was totally adamant about his position and would rather see a negative review than exchange a $14 part at no cost to his department. Amazing. it that’s what he considers customer service he’s in the wrong line of work. More

My 24-year-old son, a GM-certified mechanic, was helping his 20-year-old sister look for a used car. They took a used Subaru Outback for a test drive with a very nice sales representative. After the ride, they pulled into the service bay. My son began checking the car for any faults or problem codes with a code reader, a practice he had done without issue at every dealership over the past two days. At that moment, a manager approached just as my wife and I walked up to the car with our kids inside. The manager started yelling at my son to unplug the code reader. Before he did, the reader showed multiple minor faults with the car. I told my two adult children to get out of the car so we could leave. The manager continued to yell at my wife and me to leave, even though I had already said we were leaving. Every other dealership we visited allowed us to check for codes and faults on over ten cars in two days. This was a completely unacceptable way to handle a situation the manager was unhappy with. Up until that point, we were very interested in the car. While the faults detected were minor, we were not given the opportunity to have a professional discussion about them or what we were doing, so we left. More

The friendly salespeople understood what I was looking for in my new vehicle, were informative without being pushy, clearly explained feel at home. The friendly salespeople understood what I was looking for in my new vehicle, were informative without being pushy, clearly explained features, and gave me a better deal than I expected especially given the current car market!
