Last week I went into the dealership with dread, as most of us do who are looking for a new car. I knew I wanted a Subaru Forrester but I also knew how much I wanted to spend. I was greeted promptly and was introduced to one of their many sales associates. We discussed what I wanted and how much I was wiling to pay. Within a half hour I put down a deposit. No fuss/no muss. I just want to thank Fanny Polanco for a very stress free experience. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Make sure you get a cup of coffee while you're there. It's pretty good :-) More
Long wait times and bad service So i went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also told them about my car having trouble starting. They found nothing wrong with it. Not only So i went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also told them about my car having trouble starting. They found nothing wrong with it. Not only did they find nothing wrong but it toook 3 hours to do an oil change. Fast forward a week later and i was stuck at work overnight because my starter was broken. I feel like this would not have happened if it would have been caught ahead of time. More
Service Department First off let me start out and state that I am an active duty service member, not boasting but I believe that this quality allows me to take certain a First off let me start out and state that I am an active duty service member, not boasting but I believe that this quality allows me to take certain aspects of normal day occurrences in to consideration but my last visit with the Subaru Service Department in White Plains was sub par! Scheduled an oil change for my 2019 STI, when I dropped my car off for the service it was immediately taken out for a joy ride by one of the valets! When the valet came back with my car, he circled the parking lot in which they keep all the other vehicles and then left the property once more, REALLY?!?!?!?! Finally my car was brought back to the shop in the rear of the building. Needless to say I'm in the waiting room the entire time watching my car being driven around like its this guys personal. Truly remarkable, got to love waste and abuse of others personal belongings. Anyhow, once my car's service was done (which might I state, took 4 hrs. for a scheduled oil change to be completed), it was brought back to me in sport mode, a damaged aftermarket wheel, and a destroyed tire.... Then they tried to play the blame game, saying that it didn't happen while the car was in their care. I questioned them on the amount of time that it took the vehicle to be serviced that no technician was aware of the leak in the tire, but the damage to the tire was so catastrophic that it was impossible for no one to realize the damage. There was and inherent and audible hiss coming from the damaged tire and was easily spotted and noticed. Even after this was all noted they still continued to play this back and forth with me saying that they are going to make good on their behalf and replace the tire. Needless to say this was painstakingly unpleasant, going back and forth to the service department and dealing with these pirates. There are 2 employees at the service department that I do like and who were very respectful of my concerns and honestly were as adamant about what needed to be fixed as much as I was. I have spoke to the CEO of the group (Jeremy Abramson) who tried to help in some way but still nothing has happened, which goes to show how helpful they really are. And still after 30+ days this issue persists with my vehicle and its damaged wheel. Wishing and hoping the problem will just go away after it goes unaddressed never works. ABSOULTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO HAVE HONEST SERVICE FOR "YOUR" CAR!!!! More

Do not use this dealership if you are out of state! I contacted this dealership from Autotrader Sunday. I received an email stating someone would be in contact with me. Monday morning promptly at 9:00 I contacted this dealership from Autotrader Sunday. I received an email stating someone would be in contact with me. Monday morning promptly at 9:00 I was contacted by a salesman. I do not remember the name. I told him I was interested in the 2014 Chrysler S Convertible and that I was out of state. I asked some questions about the car and told him I was serious about purchasing it. He told me they were very busy today and that he could not promise anything immediate. He said he would give my information to the used car salesman and he would call me. Needless to day I was never contacted and waited around all day. I told him I was off today and wanted to get the financing through his dealership, which is a bonus because they get a kickback. He told me to apply online which I did immediately. When I called the dealership around noon to check on my application approval and speak to the used car manager, I was told it was already sold this morning. When someone calls first thing in the morning and is a serious buyer regardless of where you are from, you should give them first class service and make it a priority to sale the car. I am very disappointed but will continue to look online nationwide and will find another with a dealership that will take my call seriously and deal with the final sale of the car. More
