I recently purchased a Subaru Outback from Rocco at Subaru of white plains and couldn't be happier. He was genuine, honest, hard working and just an overall pleasure to deal with. Great experience buying our Crosstrek Working with professionals at White Plains Subaru was amazing. We had gone to a few other dealers over MDW and this was our final and best stop. Rocco Working with professionals at White Plains Subaru was amazing. We had gone to a few other dealers over MDW and this was our final and best stop. Rocco was extremely personable and professional, allowing us to get to the store as early as possible to do a test drive of our future Crosstrek. He walked us through the paperwork, handled our registration, etc, and then handed the reins to the finance manager Gabriel. Gabriel worked with us to find the lowest rate they could offer, talked through all of the warranty options, and had us on our way. Most importantly, the showroom was extremely clean, hand sanitizer was always available, and interactions were kept at a safe distance. Compared to the other dealers we went with, we felt our experience here was 10x better and despite this being an hour drive away, I would gladly go back to buy a future Subaru from them. More
