Had a 9:30 appointment for oil change & cabin filter replaced, was told the car has a recall and can do it the same day but won’t be done till late afternoon. Sadly they not only were less attentive but the salesperson was outright awful and we left discouraged and disheartened. Then we went to different dealer (Poughkeepsie Nissan) where there too we felt like an afterthought, again leaving without a new vehicle! Sensing my wife's frustration I told her that it was just not meant to be and that when you find the right dealer you'll find the car that was destined for you! The strange thing is that is EXACTLY what happened when we went to Subaru of White Plains and met with Rocco Chiusano! Not only were we met with a kind and professional salesperson we felt like an old valued returning customer even though we had never done business before. Rocco not only listened to what Kathy was looking for in a new car but offered several different options explaining and answering all our questions until we found the car Kathy loved! So not only would we recommend that YOU go to Subaru of White Plains but we are and will be telling everyone and anyone to check them out and when you go there please remember to ask for Rocco Chiusano and tell him that Steve & Kathy sent you and wanted to say thanks!!
