The service was incredibly fast. I was very happy with the speed of service. My wife and I waited 20mins or less for an inspection. Nonetheless, I was disappointed with the complimentary car wash. The customer service agent told me, it was to cold to wash my brand new 2022 Subaru. He also tole me, it was best to return when the weather reached around 60 degrees. However, as I was paying my bill at the counter. I heard other customer's cars were being washed. This news turned me off with this particular customer service agent. Although, I was very happy with the speed of service he provided, but also very disappointed he mislead me at the same time. More
