Service ends once the deal is done…. . I have been waiting 3 months for a refund of the warranty I purchased. I’ve emailed, called, left messages, etc. only to be told by Subaru Customer . Management (aka Connor) is a joke… says he’ll call you back and then doesn’t. As of today, the check is supposedly being fed-ex’d - highly doubt that will happen given their ineptness. More

For a previous service, I believe they accidentally applied a lower savings discount, but the difference was tiny, and so I decided to just leave it alone. On my most recent visit, they offered me a big savings (which I accepted) on some work to address an important issue. And so overall, I am very happy with this particular dealership! More
