Despite I do not own a Subaru, nor do my sons, I decided to purchase my son's tires at Subaru White Plains and have my Hyundai get a NY State Inspection at the same time. WHY do you ask?! I heard so many great things about their service department and since customer service & price is very important to me, I decided to give them a try. I am glad I did!! Service Advisor Nick took the time to go over my options regarding tires and gave me a great price on top of it, YES, they even beat MAVIS & Tire Rack. AND Service Advisor Luis was kind enough in accommodating me for the NY State Inspection by surprising me with a complimentary "First Time Customer" offering on my state inspection. I enjoyed waiting comfortably in their lounge as I enjoyed a selection of refreshments & snacks and all the while both Nick & Luis kept me in the loop the entire time. Both Nick & Luis are the epitome of professionalism coupled with a friendly demeanor. More
