Worst dealership I have dealt with. Had 9 check engine lights on my 2nd WRX and dragging feet to fix. Gave me xxxxty lowball offer on trying to trade in and go to STI after such a poor experience. Went from subi fan boy to not a Subaru in a hurry with poor service like that. Even Subaru Corporate stated they accidentally forgot about me after 2 months. I had moved on by that point. More
I brought my car to this location to have a routine check up as I was going on a road trip and wanted to make sure everything was in order. I went a month ahead of time and spent four visits trying to have them fix my AC that wasn't broke. They used used parts inside my vehicle. And finally decided after my 90 day contract to go to a different Subaru. My AC didn't work after four visits and the funny thing is it wasn't broken when I arrived there the first time! One visit at another Subaru fixed all the odd ball issues that came from this store. Angela made it seem like it was my problem and I witnessed her talking bad about the customer before me. The whole store seemed to be out to lunch and they made a mistake during my first visit and decided they didn't want to fix it. I would stay away from this Subaru and go to one that wont knock a bunch of things out of place and then not care. More

I currently own 3 Subaru’s, 2 I bought from Subaru superstore I have purchased 3 in total fro this store and have owned 7 Subaru’s total not to mention all of the business I’ve sent to the store from superstore I have purchased 3 in total fro this store and have owned 7 Subaru’s total not to mention all of the business I’ve sent to the store from neighbors to family members. So the issue I have is my Dad gave his 2016 outback to my daughter and today the battery died and the car would not start even if jumped. So I pulled the battery 30 month free replacement 80 month prorated which had a 7/18 date on it. I thought no problem I’ll just run it down there and get a new one or prorated. Simple lol no it is not simple! The service department said they need the car ( which won’t start) and since this one wasn’t purchased at your store they would have to contact the dealership in Pennsylvania. It’s a Subaru battery! Why jump through hoops never had an issue like this before buying batteries. Anyway this can go on forever but for the price of a battery or even a prorated price you may have lost this customer and I won’t be singing your praise to all my family and friends. I hope you teach your employees the price of the trickle down effect and of how important it is to stand out amongst all the other options consumers have. They saw my frustration and should have made an effort but instead I wasted my time and patience. I wound up going to Autozone which is 2 minutes from my house instead of the 20min drive to the dealership and purchased a new battery no issues. Before coming here, I had experience at at least 3 other Subaru dealerships and multiple other car dealerships for service (outside Philadelphia). Moving to AZ, this has been the best dealership I’ve ever w Subaru dealerships and multiple other car dealerships for service (outside Philadelphia). Moving to AZ, this has been the best dealership I’ve ever worked with. Professional, clean, and striving for excellence. I’m always promptly assisted and ALWAYS discussed any maintenance / concerns prior to performing them so I can decide and review an estimate first. Jerry Zack has been my advisor the past 3 years and I can’t say enough about him. Great experience, respects my time with prompt service, very reasonable and accommodating, full trust brining my Subaru here and almost enjoy it too! More
Not communicative, shoddy work. No follow up. I brought my car in here after the tire light turned on and then the check engine light turned on. I booked online for a synthetic oil change, a check engine diagnostic and a tire light diagnostic. The service team is very friendly and got me into a loaner which I appreciated. I did not hear from anyone for almost a week when I e mailed the service advisor asking for an update. Days later they said they had no idea what was wrong with the car yet and asked to keep it longer. I told them no problem and to let me know. Several days later I heard from them that the mass air flow sensor and the air filter needed cleaned and the tire light had been reset and was fine. So I could come get the car. When I picked up the car they had changed the oil, but they had put conventional oil in and not synthetic. Then as I drove off the lot the tire light turned on. I contacted the service advisor and he said I could bring it back in for them to look at that. Before I could bring it back in the check engine light turned back on and I was stranded when the car stalled out going 65 and on stop lights. I took the car to Tucson Subaru when I usually take it and they were able to fix it. The mass airflow sensor had been so damaged it needed replaced not cleaned and the tire light was also the result of a damaged sensor that needed replaced. I contacted the service director Bill Wheeler and expressed my concerns about paying for service that was shoddy, the tire light not being diagnosed, the check engine light turning back on within days and the oil being incorrectly changed. Bill e mailed me back that he was going to reach out to me after the holiday weekend and it has been two weeks and I have heard nothing. The only saving grace of this place is that their service advisors and team are very friendly albeit uncommunicative. I am so disappointed because this dealership is much closer to my home. But after this experience I will continue to drive to Tucson simply for the better service, quality of work and communication. More
