The service on my Subaru Outback was great! I came in for a rough idol and later requested to spray the engine. Both were done perfectly. Adam did an excellent job helping us with repairing our transmission. He was able to work with corporate Subaru regarding our issue. The service department is very good. Not perfect but very good. You will not find better with any of the other area dealer service departments. I only service my Subaru at a dealer service department as I only want trained Subaru techs and OEM Subaru parts. I have used them for service many times over the last 14 months. I am new to the area but not new to Subaru having owner 5 Outbacks and 1 Legacy. I am personally in another area of the repair business and I want my vehicle fixed correctly exactly the way I do repairs and service my own clients. These guys try very hard and do run a 1st class operation. They are willing to get things right if there are issues and they are willing to help work with Subaru for unusual issues when a vehicle is out of warranty. Their prices are not cheap for service and you might pay a little more for parts but, for people that stand behind their service and genuinely listen when there are service issues ( and there have been some), doing business with them is worth it for me. I am willing to pay for trained service techs and their expertise. Subaru as a manufacturer is not perfect and there are issues with their cars same as any other make. I consider a great service department as a most valuable part of vehicle ownership. They are not the only dealer I have gone to in the area but they are the only dealer service department that I will use. More
I have had great service in the Service Department for my Subaru Outback. After five years I am still treated with respect. Today Darien Humbert was very helpful. Whew, good thing I stopped by on a Saturday. My Son's 2019 WRX, seemed like it had been starting alittle weak over the last month or so. I stopped by with no appointment thought maybe they would have ti 2019 WRX, seemed like it had been starting alittle weak over the last month or so. I stopped by with no appointment thought maybe they would have time to just check it. They got me in right away, check the battery, (It was bad), in like 15min, the car is just out of warranty 3mo. which really sucked. Anyone in Az knows if you get 3 years out of a battery your lucky. I of course said, by all means replace it. 15min later, it was done. Big Yay! I did have a 10.00 Birthday Certificate; they took off the labor to try to reduce the cost for me, and I was out of there in no time. Its always a pleasure to do business with these guys. My son has had 3 WRXs, 2013, 2016 and currently a 2019 all purchased from them. I'd likely have a new one since resale values are "Amazing" on Subaru, but of course there no cars on the lot at all. All 3 have been serviced by the Superstore with ZERO issues, not one problem in fact the service has always been outstanding. More
Worst dealership I have dealt with. Had 9 check engine lights on my 2nd WRX and dragging feet to fix. Gave me xxxxty lowball offer on trying to trade in and go to STI after such a poor experience. Went fr lights on my 2nd WRX and dragging feet to fix. Gave me xxxxty lowball offer on trying to trade in and go to STI after such a poor experience. Went from subi fan boy to not a Subaru in a hurry with poor service like that. Even Subaru Corporate stated they accidentally forgot about me after 2 months. I had moved on by that point. More
