I've bought 6 or 7 Subarus from here over the last 17 years. However, the last three years I have noticed their service department has gotten awful at customer service. First 3 years ago I took my 2014 S years. However, the last three years I have noticed their service department has gotten awful at customer service. First 3 years ago I took my 2014 Subaru crosstrek to be fully checked out as I was driving it from AZ to Nor Cal to give to my daughter. They changed oil and assured me it was fine. I blew the engine up about 70 miles into California. Had to have the car taken to Elk Grove Subaru (great) and spent $10k to get the engine rebuilt. Every service issue I scheduled an appointment for on the app Chandler has no record of it. So then I have the oil changed but have to bring it back for the service issue. I've had the car there 3 times to get the overhead eyesight camera cover looked at. It rattles like crazy. Last time they told me I would have to schedule a separate appointment for that again. I went to a service person to do that, they said they don't know how and I should call. Literally in the service department physically and I have to call. Just today I took it for that issue again. I was planning to wait as I didn't think it was a big deal to assess a plastic cover. They said it would be 3 hours before they would even be able to pull my car in. I was peeved so I left. I called back to their front desk to speak to a manager. Asked to speak to someone who was available. They put me through to a person whos message said they were out of the office for the next week. I love Subarus but I think I'm done buying them as I don't want to drive an hour north to have my car serviced. This place has gone right off a cliff. Don't buy here. Don't get service here. If you do, employ a therapist. More

AVOID THIS DEALER! ! If I could give this dealer zero stars, I would. When my entire wheel flew off my car while I was driving, they claim this was not their fault. ! Everyone who came across my car (towing company, strangers on the side of the road, even another Subaru dealer) all said that the lug nuts were not tightened properly. Subaru Chandler performed the previous service, which I had to pay $522 for since it was the in-depth 30K mile service, said this has nothing to do with them and will not take any responsibility whatsoever. I'm lucky I didn't die or get hurt, or hurt or kill anyone else. If you value your safety at all, do not go to this dealer. More

Every time I come everyone is professional, courteous, respectful....I love my Subaru, really and truly, but I also have solid respect for the way the employees have served my car and myself. My service person (Darien) is very professional and polite, but also respectful, patient, and answers my questions straight. It makes a big difference! Hooray for Subaru. (FYI, it is also very impressive that my salesperson (Eddie) who impressed me greatly from the day I walked in, comes to talk to me supportively whenever he is around and I come in--even though he knows perfectly well I am not buying another car right now since mine is new and making me very happy. That's a great team all around!) More
