Gil offered me an appointment the same day I called. I had a difficult to detect noise that could not be identified by 2 other shops. They succeeded at discovering the problem and doing the repair work for me the same afternoon, allowing me to travel out of town with confidence. I have worked with Mike Harris in the past and can't say enough about how great he is to work with. He's knowledgable, professional and really cares about his customers. He just moved over to the Superstore and they're lucky to have him. Once his customers find this out, they're all going to be coming over for whatever they need. I was delighted to find that Mike started working at your location and this convinced me that I will be coming back. Your facility looks wonderful, clean, plenty of light and I love the pictures on the walls. This was the third return visit for a problem I first noticed the day I got the car back from a 60K service. The car was low on power, which I suspected (and relayed to the service rep) was related to t noticed the day I got the car back from a 60K service. The third return was because the car dropped a cylinder on the highway (stopped firing, no physical damage). I spent 90 minutes waiting for a tow truck in the desert in 115+ degree heat, then an hour in a tow truck with no air conditioning, only to wait another 25 minutes at the dealership waiting to talk to a service rep (whom I had called to tell them I was coming in). I was provided with a nice, clean loaner car, which I greatly appreciated. The next day I was called to pick up the car, and was told the problem was a loose coil wire, which accounted for the power issue I had originally complained about but was apparently not checked until the computer complained about a misfire. When I picked up the car all I needed to do was drop off the loaner car keys, sign the service sheet, and leave. Instead I waited until the service rep got off the phone, only to be told I had to wait for another customer. A trip that should have taken two minutes took 25 minutes, most of it waiting. More

I found the sales staff also very professional particularly our Sales Associate Brent Gunderson who used no sales pressure, was very informative and worked with us on procuring a car that had the options we wanted.
