This was the third return visit for a problem I first noticed the day I got the car back from a 60K service. The third return was because the car dropped a cylinder on the highway (stopped firing, no physical damage). I spent 90 minutes waiting for a tow truck in the desert in 115+ degree heat, then an hour in a tow truck with no air conditioning, only to wait another 25 minutes at the dealership waiting to talk to a service rep (whom I had called to tell them I was coming in). I was provided with a nice, clean loaner car, which I greatly appreciated. The next day I was called to pick up the car, and was told the problem was a loose coil wire, which accounted for the power issue I had originally complained about but was apparently not checked until the computer complained about a misfire. When I picked up the car all I needed to do was drop off the loaner car keys, sign the service sheet, and leave. Instead I waited until the service rep got off the phone, only to be told I had to wait for another customer. A trip that should have taken two minutes took 25 minutes, most of it waiting. More

She works around my schedule and obtains a loaner car for me when needed. In addition, she has done a tire replacement at no charge which may or may not been under full warranty. I found the sales staff also very professional particularly our Sales Associate Brent Gunderson who used no sales pressure, was very informative and worked with us on procuring a car that had the options we wanted. Excellent Atmosphere and sales staff. The service rep. was very friendly and expeditious with checking my vehicle in. THe dealership also went to great lengths to get my vehicle checked-out/serviced. I called at one in the afternoon and they said they would get my vehicle in the day of because I was concerned that there was something serious wrong with my car. Overall dealer experience was exceptional. The only pitfall was that i was told on the phone an hour's labor was 110.00 and I get to the dealership (75 miles away) and get quoted 130.00. Also the qutoes for subsequent work were astromnomical. 600.00 for a muffler replacement and 900.00 for a 60K service. Aside from price the dealership was above expectations on all accounts. More
Took Outback in for scheduled service- they were on time, professional and friendly. Very comfortable waiting area too. We bought our 2008 pre certified pre owned Tribeca at the Super Store late last year. We had a good experience then and, while there are dealers much closer to our home in Sedona and our condo in Sun City, Super Store late last year. We had a good experience then and, while there are dealers much closer to our home in Sedona and our condo in Sun City, we wanted to use your facility for this pre trip checkup. We leave September 4 for a 4,200 mile driving trip and decided that a non scheduled checkup would make sense. I brought the car in assuming that I would have more done and spend more than what we did. Kristi convinced me that there was no need to do the 45,000 mile checkup until we returned from our trip. We appreciated the advice and despite the inconvenience of driving from Sun Cith to Chandler we will return for all major checkups. Not only is your service good but your facility is terrific. I trust that their service personnel will not push any unnecessary repairs at me and their sales associates will be up front as well. Thanks to Richard and his Team for a truly delightful experience for service and car shopping.
