Had my 07' Legacy serviced here since it was the closest subaru dealership to my place. The staff was helpful and friendly. The restrooms were clean, actually the whole place was clean. They have 2 Desktop computers with DSL Hi-speed internet that I used while waiting for my car's maintenance to get done. PLus They have a photocopy/fax machine that you could use for free! It was by far the best waiting place I've been to. I recommend this dealership to have their cars serviced. They are really honest! The cost for changing the spark plugs was horrible. $54.96 parts and $90 labor. I was appalled. The other cost was reasonable but still higher than other places for an oil change which was $32.95. I love my Subaru but the dealerships cost is way above the adverage price. No wonder people go elsewhere for service. Besides the cost I love that dealership. But the cost is too high and with the economy the way it is "why should anyone pay that much extra for dealership service?" More

Very prompt thorough service. We were given a nice loaner car to use while the work was being done. The car was cleaned inside and out before being returned to us. Called for a service appointment on Monday. Service department uses caller ID so I didn't have to give my name or description of my car. It was already on her screen. I kept the appointment. The shop was ready for my car. I sat in comfort and read while the work was being done. In about an hour I was on the road again in my newly-serviced and newly-washed Subaru.
