Hello Mr. Stephany. I understand your frustration but as we spoke yesterday, Subaru does not offer a trailer brake controller for your model. At the time of write up, your advisor went over pricing, and you asked if it came with a trailer brake controller. He informed you that Subaru does not offer it for your model. He then gave you the price and quoted you the time it would take to install the Subaru factory hitch which you approved knowing the brake controller is not available. After the installation, you and I spoke in detail about the situation. You advised me that you wanted the hitch but did not need the wiring since it was not going to meet your needs. This should have been a conversation at the time we advised you that it did not come with a trailer brake controller, the price for the hitch, and the time it would take. In the interest of customer satisfaction, I offered to remove the wiring and credit you for the difference. You opted to retain the wiring and declined my offer. They didn't fix my A/C all the did was replace orings and recharge it. Which didn't last blowing cold at all. Tried several times to have a manager contact me for a refund with no response. More

Hello, we left you a message this morning regarding your concern. Our records show that your air conditioning system had no freon in the system when we inspected it. There were no evident leaks, so we charged the system and added dye to find a leak. After running the vehicle for 10 minutes, we were still not able to determine a leak. We recommended to start with replacing the O-rings which you approved. If the air conditioning concern has returned, we need to bring the vehicle back in to diagnose your concern.
