Everyone was just awesome We dealt with Shelby and ordered a 2018 Crosstrek. I do a lot of research and ask a lot of questions and Shelby stayed right in the middle of it all. I started with all the Subaru dealers in the valley and quickly reduced my search to the Superstore of Surprise because Shelby responded to all my inquiries. The car came in today just as she described and finalizing the deal was just as pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership, and Shelby if you can swing it. We knew what we wanted and Mike made sure we got exactly that without trying to steer us in other directions. The finance manager Dusty made the paperwork fast and simple, without high pressure sales tactics to pad the sale, but with clear understanding of after market products we might be interested in for our purchase. Tina went over all aspects of our new car and made sure we understood how it all operated, she was amazing in her knowledge and made it fun at the same time. Tina was wonderful with her new car one on one with us to understand all the new gadgets on the car. WENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE, CAME HOME IN A NEW CAR SATURDAY MORNING HAD AN APPT FOR 18000 MILE SERVICE ON MY IMPREZA.
