I had just come from another Subaru dealership in the Valley and left disappointed. Needless to say the 2 experiences were like night and day! Mike King was very attentive not pushy at all and were able to work out a deal in record-time. Only drawback not able to complete the deal that evening because financing was all backed up. However, the next day we came in finished up our paperwork and took our car home. Mike was scheduled off that day, but made it a point to come in while we were there to make certain every aspect of the deal was to our satisfaction. Very much appreciated attention to detail! Then going over this new car with all of it's new electronic features was done with ease with Tina who really knows all the features, and how to explain them.
