Example: Eyesight Technology,Adaptive Cruise Control,X-Mode. Which confirmed to us that this was the vehicle we were looking to purchase. David guided us through the purchase process answering all of our questions regarding warranty and financing.Paper work was quick and easy with Shelby Lane,she had everything prepared for us when we sat down to sign the papers. Brittany Story expained Star Link and helped us set it up. Markos Mylonas in parts department was very helpful in selecting some accessories I wanted for my new Subaru Forester. All the people we met at Subaru Surprise made us feel welcome and we never felt any sales pressure. We are happy to become the newest member of the Subaru Family. More

Empty promises and lies Wished we came with a deal but did not.  Michael Scribner said he would meet me this past Sunday 9/8/19 but did not show up and had me speak to David Wished we came with a deal but did not.  Michael Scribner said he would meet me this past Sunday 9/8/19 but did not show up and had me speak to David C. Probably too busy watching football season opener u know.  I was in contact with Michael by text and online and said he would bring the car l found from Findley Subaru in Prescott as it was cheaper,  a 2020 Subaru Ascent.  Stock number S43625A.  Said no problem,  then i get there SUNDAY of course it was not there and some BS reason David said that Michael was not able to.  I was not told that of course.  I know we did not come to an agreement with whatever they were offering me when i spoke to David C. And yes when i first inquired online i saw you have a silver Ascent and that is what David showed me. Could not agree on payment and terms with what David showed me and insist i go to a base Ascent. i told David C.the one at Prescott was cheaper too found from Findley and was told no problem by Michael and can bring it in as i asked if that is possible since i didn't want to drive to Prescott, AZ. Anyway i didn't get the $50 Visa card for the test drive either.   Just another typical dealership with empty promises. More
