We figured out where I wanted to be, test drove the car I wanted to see and went over all of the unique characteristics of the car. With the upfront, the backend process was very quick. Travis and the team provided me with time to think about the purchase and do one last comparison to another vehicle on the lot. As we were completing the deal, Travis realized the car I had switched to didn’t have all the features I wanted and he said as such so I could get the car with the features I wanted. Travis did a great job in helping me out. And once I had accepted the dealerships offer, the General Manager came over and introduced himself something that I have never experienced at any other dealership. It became very apparent that this dealership cares about their customers which is unusual today. More

I was very impressed with my experience at this dealership! I was able to communicate with Mike beforehand, and he answered most of my questions. This made the drive from the East Valley so worth it, because when I got there, I knew what I was looking for! The car was already pulled up to the front, and I was able to test drive it right away. David was so helpful during the test drive and during the paperwork process. He was very accommodating with my financing needs, and even drove all the way out to the East Valley the next day to collect the rest of my down payment and the title for the car I traded in. As a first time buyer, I could not have asked for a better experience - even if it was all the way in Surprise! More
