Travis is LITERALLY, the BEST! Had some initial issues about a Crosstrek Sport availability, but, Travis kept us on track! He even called back a few days after my initial purchase to let me know of a bett about a Crosstrek Sport availability, but, Travis kept us on track! Ever since this dealership opened I have been using their service department and the Chandler site before that. They have taken good care of my two former Subarus and now they made the transition to a newer service department and the Chandler site before that. They have taken good care of my two former Subarus and now they made the transition to a newer Forester model very easy and hassle-free. Because of our age we wanted the latest safety features available. Not only did they help us understand these new features and how they worked, they got us behind the wheel of one easily and quickly. We wish everyone could have should such an pleasant and smooth car purchase experience. And we get to continue to return not only for maintenance but even for any questions about our new car which is a lot more complex than our first cars. From Travis and Charles to Jonathan, George and Tina, they worked and are still working as a team - together with the maintenance crew. More

Big Subaru fan and was super disappointed. They low balled my trades and said they could only get my interest rate at 14.99%. When I said, the kia dealership said they could do 7.99%, the salesman said balled my trades and said they could only get my interest rate at 14.99%. When I said, the kia dealership said they could do 7.99%, the salesman said it wouldn't happen. Well, I went to Kia and boy did I make the right choice. Got 4k more for my trades and a new telluride at 6.5% interest. More
