I bought my Forester Subaru Oct. 2018 and have never had problems visiting this dealership. I was Always satisfied. Unlike my recent experience. I brought my car for maintenance My appointment was at 8:00 am, I also asked to check my AC. I called later to cancel the AC inspection, by Subaru recall recommendation, I was told that my Forester might qualify for a free AC inspection, and maybe free fixing. But I didn't say, not to perform the maintenance on my car. When my husband came to pick it up, NOTHING WAS DONE, and he was told that it will be done the next day, we live over 40 miles from the dealership. As I said before, our appointment was at 8:00 a.m. those appointments, I was told, are done the same day. More

The wait time was longer than expected. I had to call after the expected ready time to ask why it hadn't moved through the process. After that, it was ready in 10 minutes.
