This dealership was absolutely fantastic. I work with the military overseas and and not home in the states for a very long time when on leave. While I was overseas, I was able to contact Gus the internet sales manager directly and speak to him via email. This outstanding employee was able to fulfill the needs and desires for the EXACT car I wanted. I mean, I got a very rare make of the Subaru WRX with Nav System, and a few other items that makes my car a very rare 'design' if you will. Not only did Gus help me out on such a level that I seriously cannot even describe, the Subaru Supercenter OWNER contacted me directly to make sure the sale was proceeding in the manner that I wanted. As for price, I honestly went through about 8 different dealers in a matter of a week and only kept this one for its impeccable customer service. Buying a car from them is truly the beginning. It really seems like you're not even buying a car from them, it seems like you are making this purchase because its either a desire or a necessity for your personal life and in doing so, they invite you into their family and home. You become a member of the Subaru family and when you are to work overseas for extended amounts of time, being given this type of service, it really brings tears to your eyes for how amazingly helpful and responsive they are, no matter your situation. They are willing to help and provide. I honestly looked at Acura(TSX), Audi(S6), Chevrolet(Camaro), and the Ford(Mustang) dealerships. Not ONE of them was as accommodating as Subaru SuperCenter, and DEFINITELY not as helpful. To only recommend this store is an understatement. So please, if customer service is what you want, you've come to the right place. If price is also what you want, you've come to the right place. But most of all, if you want to feel WELCOMED, not hounded...well you've come to the right place. More

This is our 3rd Subaru. For my lifestyle of having (have to be there!) to get to work on snowy stormy mornings or taking kids to a rugby game - this is the perfect vehicle. My husband does an incredible job of researching auto purchases. He worked with several dealers over the phone and by e-mail and Gus was by far the most professional, courteous, and kind. On Dec. 31 (note the date) Gus made the pick up of our new Subaru Forester a joyous and informative event for my husband, my 16 year old son, and myself. I drove home to Flagstaff feeling very lucky. I looked around my area to find something nice, but there was nothing that great in the price range we had in mind. After scouring the internet I found a 2008 Legacy at the Subaru Superstore in Chandler. I emailed them inquiring about the car and I received a very prompt and detailed email in return from Gus Kostopulos. I wanted to know more, so I gave Gus a call and he had it going on. Not only did he tell me all about the history of the vehicle, he walked out to the car, while on the phone, and described the condition of everything on the exterior and interior. He was super detailed and that helped immensely as I was 600 miles away. When I decided that I wanted the car, Gus came and personally picked me up from the airport and brought me to the dealership. Once there, I was totally impressed by the beautiful building and the super friendly staff. Everyone came up and shook my hand and made me feel welcome. The paperwork was simple and Les in Finance was awesome to deal with. The car itself was even better than Gus had described and it was detailed thoroughly before I picked it up. It's hard to find a salesperson you can trust when buying a car, but Gus nailed it. I plan on going back to him when I need to purchase another car in the future. If you're in Phoenix and need a car, go to Gus and he'll take care of you. The only downer about the whole situation is that they're in a different state because I would go there for all my service needs as well. More
