I bought new Legacy and got an excellent deal. Randy is very laid back so if you don't like high pressure type salesman, he's your man. First, Randy had to deal with me testing several cars (Legacy, Tribeca and Outback) before I made up my mind on Legacy. He answered all of my questions thoroughly as he has sold Subaru's since 1996. Then Mark spent a great deal of time trying to find the car with the package and colors I wanted. After a half hour searching other dealers I turned around and pointed to the showroom floor & said I wanted the limited model right there...I felt bad for wasting his time but he was not frustrated at all. Then had to deal with my trade-in...my '06 Sorrento came in EXACTLY at the value I had researched prior to going to the dealer. However, I was $10k upside down & knew I'd have to fork out the cash. They were willing to wait the 2 weeks to hubby's bonus & would take car off the floor for me. Then I called back later that night to say I'll keep my Kia, pay it off & give to my son, so can they get me financed without any down on the new car? He gave it try and got me financed through Subaru of America (Chase) at a much better interest rate than Midway Nissan had gotten for me the month prior (2.9% vs 5.9%). Needless to say I am very satisfied, AND the dealer gives you a loaner if you need service more than a couple of hours AND hand washes your car - even if just for an oil change!! Can't wait to take advantage of that benefit! More

I've had my Subaru taken care of by Mike Harris, one of the repair managers, for seven years now. He gives honest assessments, and never pushes anyone to do repair/maintenance work that can be reasonably the repair managers, for seven years now. The waiting room at this store is off the hook! Area includes free bottled water, complimentary cookies and other snacks, spacious television area, plenty of seating, and two computers equipped with high speed internet and a printer. What else do you need? I plan on taking my subaru to the Chandler dealer for years to come. More
Brent was great; but the Forester is an expensive vehicle in my opinion. The value given for our trade-in was not great. This was a cash deal and yet the paperwork seemed abundant. Service Person, Kristy, is excellent, trustworthy, and provides you with options. All the people at this dealership really want to have you as a satisfied customer. Am traveling the country and this is the third oil change at Subaru along the road, following Winnipeg (excellent), Memphis, (perfectly acceptable) and Chandler AZ (excellent). Staff was friendly and profess at Subaru along the road, following Winnipeg (excellent), Memphis, (perfectly acceptable) and Chandler AZ (excellent). Staff was friendly and professional, appointment timely despite my last-minute call, waiting conditions went beyond excellent with coffee, internet and wifi in a pleasant atmosphere to above and beyond with fresh fruit and cookies to the car was and tire black. The personal review of the safety inspection was well appreciated for this on-the-road traveler. More
My experience with the Subaru Superstore has been very positive. I visited 3 times - test drive, purchase of a new Outback 2.5i Premium, and installation of rear side cargo nets. As we are visiting from New York, we found a great Subaru service store and the sales people were so hospitable and helpful, especially John Dye and Kristi Moore. They were so accomodating and took time to answer all our questions and visit with us while we waited for our car. Since we are in the process of wanting to buy a new Subaru, these people were extremely courteous and polite in answering our questions in regard to the new Forester. If we were back home, we probably would have bought from this Subaru group. However, their helpfulness will aid in our decision to but a new Forester when we return to New York. They are an asset to the Subaru Superstore as employees. More
I bought a 2010 Jeep online from socal, Gus picked me up at the airport, good guy. All the people i met were very friendly. After i left i had a problem with the steering stabilizer and they are sending me at the airport, good guy. All the people i met were very friendly. As he moved to Subaru Superstore I decided to follow him and I 2 days ago I visited Subaru Superstore for the first time for 120000 mile service. Mike was very supportive, explained me everything, gave me adices and I was very satisfied. I can not rate the quality of work of your mechanical shop two days after my first visit. As long as Mike Harris is there I will stay with Superstore. More
