Larry was wonderful to work with and once the deal moved to the sales managers the experience stayed the same. Very professional, we were able to talk through the negotiation reasonably and like adults. Onc to the sales managers the experience stayed the same. I had been in the market for a new vehicle for a few months now. After some online research I decided to visit a local Subaru dealer to look at the new Impreza. After speaking with my sales associate Je months now. After some online research I decided to visit a local Subaru dealer to look at the new Impreza. After speaking with my sales associate Jen Ponsock I knew I had found the right place to purchase my new vehicle. No pressure was aimed in my direction by any member of the sales team as well as by any member of upper management. She really listened to what I had to say about what I wanted in a new car. They allowed me to waste plenty of there time in finding the perfect fit for ME and ensured my obsessive needs where their number 1 priority. I was presently surprised to find that the Impreza WRX was a perfect mix of style and performance that fit my personality very well. Without pressure Jen Ponsock and sales associate David Siembor allowed me to leave the dealership to think it over while I finished running around. I talked it over with my wife and before I knew it we were signing paper work! They made me a great deal on the vehicle and the service I received was excellent! I will be sharing my experience with everyone I meet who is in the market for a new/used vehicle or not. Great job Jen and David of the Subaru Superstore of Chandler. I will be back! Very satisfied customer- More
We went car shopping expecting it to be a bad experience and we found that Josh Decker at Subaru Superstore made it a very pleasant one. He showed us the model we wanted to test drive and explained all about it very well. He had our car appraised and gave us a fair value for it. They didn't have the color we wanted but he found it and we had the car within 3 days. We were in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. There was no hassle with the finance department and it was high tech. We had to sign minimal paperwork; most of the signing was on the computer. We took it back to get the windows tinted and the service department treated us well. We had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone. More

Apart from that, the quality of the after sales service also matters a lot. It is these features which I was looking for when searching for an appropriate car selling agency located in my vicinity. This was the reason I personally made inquiry with many of my closed relatives and friend and zeroed on Subaru superstore. The service offered by this agency was according to the feedback provided to me. I am highly satisfied with them and suggest them to everyone who is looking for a appropriate car selling agency. More
A little history of my early Subaru experiences..... I stumbled upon Subaru a year or so back researching the vehicles on the internet and talked to my wife about going down to the nearest dealership and stumbled upon Subaru a year or so back researching the vehicles on the internet and talked to my wife about going down to the nearest dealership and test driving a 2013 Subaru Forester. Long story short, I liked it so much I bought the vehicle outright and a few months later going back in and trading my wife's 2012 Highlander in for a 2013 Subaru Outback. This dealership was just down the road from my house and we were treated pretty fairly through the sales department, but really weren't crazy about the rest of our experiences. Above all my family was just happy we had two Subaru's in the garage. In the mean time I started researching for good Subaru Dealerships on the internet. I stumbled onto Subaru Superstore (50 miles from my house) from decent reviews and youtube videos and decided that next time I needed service or something I would give them a shot.... 1. My first experience with Subaru Superstore was getting a large screw in my front passenger tire on the forester. I was under the impression that my Subaru warranty came with some sort of road hazard warranty and I thought I'd run down to the nearest dealership to see what they could do because the air in the tire was seeping out slowly and this was a day before a holiday. They told me that the tire needed replaced because the screw was close to the sidewall but I would have to wait up to a week for them to get the tire.... It was covered under the warranty. That wasn't good enough.... I needed to drive the vehicle. I decided to call Subaru Superstore. Gil Watters answered the phone on this day before New Years' and informed my that he had three of the tires in stock and for me to get down there and he would replace the tire. I arrived at the dealership about an hour before they closed. They proceeded with replacing my tire and when they were done I couldn't believe that they actually apologized to me for not being able to wash my forester because they were closing down on New Years' eve. That was the last thing I was worried about. I was just thankful the tire was replaced with no cost to me. During that time I was waiting for the tire to be replaced, that is when I met the owner Richard Cvijanovich. I stumbled upon him walking around the inside of the dealership checking out all the cool Subaru accessories laid out plus the high end food and drinks the dealership offers when you wait. He approached me and introduced himself. We talked for a bit about being a Subaru fan, why I was there at the dealership, the dealership history and he generously offered amazing hospitality from Subaru Superstore to any of my future Subaru needs later down the road regardless of what it might be. He offered me a couple of cool Subaru souvenirs, we shook hands and I was on my way. I new I found a home for my future auto needs.... I started to bring both of my Subaru vehicles in for scheduled maintenance after this episode..... It gets better.... 2. I scheduled an appointment over the phone for a few days before I was going on vacation to have a Subaru rack installed onto my forester for my Colorado road trip. I arrived at the dealership and spoke with Dulcie Pimentel (Service) and Steve Broadbent (Parts) about getting the rack installed. In the process there was some confusion/misunderstanding about the parts needed for the installation and I was quoted wrong over the phone for what the final installation and parts would cost me. I wasn't mad, but I was disappointed. I didn't ask for any special treatment. Dulcie and Steve went out of there way to make sure they made it right for me in all ways including my cost because of a very minimal mistake on the dealership's part. I was flabbergasted.... I left excited about going on vacation and happy about another good experience at this dealership. A lot of trust building up..... 3. Finally my last major experience at this dealership ended with huge bang last night when my family and I left there near 9 pm in the evening.... I was in there a few days prior getting my 7500 mile schedule service done on my forester after getting back from my Colorado road trip. While I was waiting I walked around outside the dealership looking at 2014 Subaru Forester's because I did a lot of research on the redesign and new that a lot of the new innovations would benefit me for my use, but also knew I needed to wait a couple of years because we all know it's hard to trade in a less than one year old vehicle for a new one. I had no problem waiting because I was already majorly happy with my 2013 Subaru Forester. I proceeded to walk into the dealership and that is when I met Morgan Trzaskos. He opened the door for my and kindly asked my if I needed any help with anything. I expressed I was waiting on my vehicle in service and we chit chatted about how cool the new redesign was on the the new 2014 Subaru Forester. Feeling no pressure he reminded my about some of the benefits Subaru offers about trading in a vehicle. I showed some interest. He kindly explained a few options that would take some time with absolutely no pressure and expressed his interest in helping me see if he could put me in a new 2014 with no hidden agendas. I agreed. I knew I had nothing to lose. He set me up to test drive a 2014. He introduced me to Steve Norbut, gave him my contact information, and I left the dealership. I didn't sign anything, give any credit information or anything of the sort. In the meantime we spoke over the phone. I gave him my bottom line of what I could do after speaking with my wife and gave him my blessing over the phone to see if both Morgan and Steve could make this happen. I waited patiently and got a call late afternoon the next day by Morgan that the deal was completed to the satisfactions that I agreed to earlier the day prior and if I would like to bring my trade-in down to the dealership this would all go down stress free. That was understatement!!! Long story short - After I made it to the dealership and went over a few minor details Morgan proceeded with helping me remove my luggage rack from my 2013 and transferring it to the new vehicle because it fit. He answered all of our questions with deep sincerity, went over the new vehicle in depth, treated my family like his own family, offered all kinds of hospitality, let my kids check out the other vehicles and gave them cool souvenirs to help keep them busy while the whole process took place, took pictures of us with new vehicle, never gave us the impression that anything was dishonest and just plain made the whole ordeal fun!!! Working with both Morgan and Steve was very chill and professional. Morgan introduced us to Brent Gunderson (Finance/Business Manager) and we proceeded to move on with finalizing the deal. Brent was up front with us about all matters/costs and questions or concerns we had with the deal. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with all costs associated with deal, explained in detail the things he would do in the next few days to finalize the deal with the bank and said he would take care of transferring my Subaru Extended Warranty to the new vehicle to save me the leg work, because it involved another dealership. We left the dealership that night shaking hands with everyone involved. We were extremely happy with all the enormous hospitality and just the overall general consistencies we had with each and everyone that crossed our path this evening at the dealership.... Thanks Subaru Superstore.... I know this review was really long. I thought it was right to go out of my way to make sure anyone else interested in anything Subaru to not mess around and just goto this dealership. This place is chill and is like family. After about the twenty or so different autos that I've purchased throughout my lifetime, I have never experienced anything of the sort of hospitality I have been through with the Subaru Superstore Dealership.... It's just not the same as most people are used too..... You won't be disappointed.... More
Even though this dealership was 25 miles from our house, my husband and I visited it one evening to look at a 2013 Turbo Forester we saw online. Dean Montoya helped us and was very courteous and knowledgea my husband and I visited it one evening to look at a 2013 Turbo Forester we saw online. Dean Montoya helped us and was very courteous and knowledgeable of the different models. We ended up also trying out an Outback on his recommendation and really liked it. I went back another evening and tried a couple more cars, and then on our third visit,we bought an Outback Limited which I love. I warned Dean that I was not good at making up my mind quickly, and over the three weeks neither he nor anyone else from the company pressured us at all and let me make my own decision about what car was right for me. Brent Gunderson did the finance paperwork for us and he was very professional and fast, making this a painless and enjoyable experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great customer service in selecting a new Subaru. More
