30K Service Jerry was terrific in handling my 30K service. Loaner was provided. Quote provided from several months before was lower though. Was told that service can be standard or heavy duty depending on how far over the 30K you are. Was over a bit over 35K but Jerry did he best to keep the pricing in line. Jerry was awesome. To be specific, the price was reasonable, all charges were thoroughly explained to me and Josh explained the paperwork to me. Josh listened to me when I said I didn't want the full force sales attack. Josh followed up with me by email (my preferred contact). He didn't harass me. Josh gave me the attention I needed - answered my questions. The price was great. I checked on line pricing to determine if I was getting a good price or if I could do better. It was a good price. I would recommend Josh! Brent Gunderson is the finance person - he was helpful, explained the 'package'. He understood that some of the options were not for me due to the distance I live from the dealership. When we were done with all of the signing, Brent found the closest AZ DMV, printed out the directions for me. I needed this info so I could transfer my 'old' car over to my daughter. Josh and Brent were both extremely helpful, low pressure and polite! I would definitely recommend them both! More

Not only he a very likable man, he made the process super easy from beginning to end. Dean seems like a regular guy, not the typical sleezeball car salesman we love to hate.
