I received phone calls from them, but they were more interested in selling than giving me the information I was looking for. I set up an appointment with Josh Decker. When my wife and I met Josh, he was very likeable and low key. He did not pressure us in any way and showed us everything we wanted to know about the car. We agreed on price and financing and the entire experience was pleasurable. I would not hesitate to return to the Subaru Superstore. More

Only car dealership I'll put my name behind & refer! I just purchased a 2015 WRX from Josh Decker & Brent Gunderson, and it was hands down the best experience I've had in dealership to date. To preface t I just purchased a 2015 WRX from Josh Decker & Brent Gunderson, and it was hands down the best experience I've had in dealership to date. To preface this, I have 6+ years of experience in the business, from owning a small brokerage, to selling new and preowned vehicles at a Chevrolet dealer back in TX. I will will say right now they are no nonsense, no pressure, transparent and just plain easy to work with. I thought with a new model of the WRX coming out, and with only a limited number of them in the valley that this process would be a hassle...but I enjoyed every minute of it. I won't ever step foot in another Subaru dealer in the valley, Josh & Brent earned a lifelong customer, and this is my 5th WRX/STi...so I'm sure they'll see me again! At no time did i feel any sales pressure. I inquired about pricing through e-mail. Almost immediately i recieved a personal reply from Joshua Decker with all the information i requested plus some. It wasn't a standard reply from an auto reply program. After my purchase, i was contacted by the general manager with a thank you follow up and contact information in case i needed any other assistance.
