Ray Baldwin (sales person) was a pleasure to work with. He gave us a good overview of the cars we were interested in and addressed all of our questions quickly without pressuring us. He was able to track down the car we wanted within 3 days and kept us posted while he searched. He had the car clean and with a full tank of gas at time of purchase. Even more important, he spent well over an hour going over all the features of the car on a cold December afternoon and has followed up to make sure everything was going well post purchase.
