He described the advantages and disadvantages of several models for our particular situation. He really knew his stuff. Best of all he was totally chilled out and did not pressure us at all. What a great way to buy a car! There was no real haggling as he presented us with a very good price from the start which we verified with several price comparisons and car buying sites as well. We got the exact car we wanted in the color we wanted. Everything he promised came true with regards to the vehicle's features and the arrival date of the car. (And, I might add, after I communicated with two other local Subaru dealerships who treated me with such indifference that I really don't think they were interested in selling me a car! Mind-boggling.) Jeremiah was very pleasant to deal with (by email, phone, and eventually in person), fair, and responsive. He told me exactly what was going to happen when (in terms of getting my car), and he was true to his word. When I picked up the car, he was extremely thorough in showing me the various features, and has encouraged me to reach out to him if I have any questions or problems. All in all a very stress-free car-buying experience--how often can you say that?!? More
