Aki is professional, funny, dedicated to customer service, and also the first dealer to be attentive instead of pushy. We saw a used Toyota Camry that we liked but had some concerns about it, and Aki took a considerable amount of time and effort out to make sure we were comfortable with the purchase and committed to helping us with some repairs that needed to be done with the car. When we picked up the car, we could not believe the car was ours! The repairs were done amazingly, and the exterior was so perfect that nobody thought it was a used car. Aki made sure the job was done right and he went above and beyond- simply because he knew this car was my brother's first vehicle. He made sure we got our money's worth and actually went out of his way to be an advocate for us, which we've never experienced before. He cared, which you seldom see at dealerships. Thank you Aki for all of your help. We are all SO THRILLED with the new car and we can't stop talking about it even though it's already been a week since we brought it home.
