Jonathan followed up with my over email and was very flexible about setting up an appointment. Working with Robert was the best part of the process. He is extremely knowledgable of the cars and interested in my wife and I as people (as opposed to just as a possible sale). Robert took the time to get to know us, understand what was important to us in a car, and proactively pointed out the solutions that different models offered. Robert walked us through the process and ensured that we were able to walk out with our car that day. The attentive service from Robert didn't end when we drove off of the lot. He's checked in with us to make sure the registration process went smoothly and to make sure we haven't had any issues with the car.
