She goes way above any auto salesperson I have ever encountered. She went way out of her way in assisting me going through my first auto lease. Her professionalism, knowledge and friendliness were greatly appreciated. She went the extra mile in helping me with my decision. My experience with Julio Ayala was a nice surprise. I was so used to getting to this stage in a purchase and having difficulty with people being pushy and wanting to add more to my deal than I wanted. He was a professional. 2019 Subaru Ascent I knew I wanted an Ascent - I thought I new the options I should get. Andy helped us to decide on the Touring - which I absolutely adore. He was very honest and upfront with us, going over want I wanted vs what we needed. His knowledge of the car (and Subarus overall) was mind-blowing. I don't think I've ever dealt with a salesperson that knew so much and was so enthusiastic about the product. He wasn't just trying to sell us a car, he was getting us into a vehicle that would comfortably fit a family of 5, and still be fun to drive. Going through all the paperwork, Julio was awesome. He too was direct, honest and treated us cordially and respectfully - making the grueling task of signing all the paperwork a pleasant experience. He listened to our concerns - we walked out beaming with joy. The customer service at the dealership was exceptional! I highly recommend Mastro Subaru, especially Andy and Julio. More

Finding a BRZ in a haystack It would be an understatement to say that the Subaru BRZ is not a common car to find on the road let alone on a dealer lot. I was thinking that I wou It would be an understatement to say that the Subaru BRZ is not a common car to find on the road let alone on a dealer lot. I was thinking that I would have to order one and I went to Mastro since they had a Ultra rare blue gray BRZ limited on the lot and the sales person Stacy offered me a test drive. Originally I was set on a BRZ Premium but they offered a great deal on the Limited and I decided to take it rather than order one. It was a good choice since they were very competitive on pricing and the dealership was very professional and low key and Julio made purchasing quick and easy. If you live in the Tampa area and are into Subaru’s I highly recommend them!!! More
