The service representative, Irawan Soegono, was ber professional, courteous and completely explained everything to be done on my car. The service was also done in a very timely manner and i enjoyed waiting in the lovely waiting area and latte machines! More
Excellent service I had to replace a key fob and Cristian Duarte helped to accomplish this expeditiously and graciously. Excellent service at the Service Center. Serviced (2) SUBARU Outbacks / 2013 - 2015 on 2/28/18 Ruben Granados was our Service writer, he explained what the cars needed.. The 2013 had low mileage, but was just over 5 years old.. It had a recall Ruben Granados was our Service writer, he explained what the cars needed.. The 2013 had low mileage, but was just over 5 years old.. It had a recall for a Passenger Air Bag.. We also wanted it serviced, but during inspection Ruben had found other worn things that needed attention .. He called us with the Info and we did approve the needed work.. He was though with the info and help us decide what was needed.. Both cars are back at home Serviced and run Great.. We could not be happier with Ruben's help, he is a true professional ! A++ More

We took our Forester in for overdue maintenance, and they managed to get everything done within a very acceptable wait time. I also appreciated zero 'nickel and dining'. Also managed to get lots of paperwork done while I waited, in their quiet workspace (desk, power outlets, coffee) located there at the center. More
