Professional, Fair & Prioritizes Customers Prompted by an unpleasant experience at Santa Monica Subaru, and after seeing good reviews re: Pacific Subaru, I took my Crosstrek there for service. Prompted by an unpleasant experience at Santa Monica Subaru, and after seeing good reviews re: Pacific Subaru, I took my Crosstrek there for service. I'd been loyal to the Santa Monica dealer since purchasing it there in 2013. Unfortunately, that dealership changed hands within the last year or two; its original, stellar customer care and attention to detail is no longer a priority. Pacific Subaru's Tony Cervantes restored my faith in dealership service. Tony was polite and professional, genuinely interested in my concerns, and provided a fair estimate. I received gold star treatment—my Crosstrek was expertly repaired, and afterwards washed. I picked it up at the agreed upon time, and at first didn't recognize it, since it sparkled just like their new cars. Pacific Subaru and especially Tony, have earned my loyalty. Thank you, Tony & Team! More

Unfortunately it needed a computer to reset the mechanism and I ended up having to pay for one hour's labor. However, his thoughtfulness and help was much appreciated. He also helped me replace the wiper blades himself just to eliminate further labor cost. Overall excellent customer service and personal attention. The new location's customer lounge is spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended. More
Poor customer service, unreliable vehicle. My car recently broke down. It took a week for this dealership to diagnose the issue and throughout the week I had to call them every day for an updat My car recently broke down. It took a week for this dealership to diagnose the issue and throughout the week I had to call them every day for an update. Three weeks later, they still have my car, and no courtesy car was offered. During the entire time, I had to keep chasing them for updates: if I didn't call, they would not call me back. I enquired about trading in my car and buying a new one through Subaru, I am still waiting for a Sales person to call me back 2 weeks later... I will also never buy a Subaru again, I only had the car for 4 years and put 30,000 miles on it, now they are telling me that the repairs will cost more than $5,000. I have already spent a ton of money on this car - clearly not good quality or reliable. So finally, they told me the car will be fixed today.. Still no call from them at 5:00pm, so guess it's not! More
