Buying Thule accessories from Subaru Pacific I bought a Thule roof rack from Subaru Pacific and I wanted to upgrade to the locking mechanism one, so I called the number listed on my order acknowl I bought a Thule roof rack from Subaru Pacific and I wanted to upgrade to the locking mechanism one, so I called the number listed on my order acknowledgement and the call was transfer to Subaru Pacific my dealership, the man on the other side of the phone was NOT courteous, helpful nor accommodating, he basically said they would not accept the exchange since I have taken out of the box for install. I asked about a better version with a locking mechanism and he simply said that if someone wants to steal something they would and there was no way around it....interesting....I asked : why they have locking version then? Regardless, I didn't want to continue a discussion with him so I decided to just call Thule directly, they were soooo helpful and I ended up buying (3) additional parts from them directly (via Amazon) they transaction was flawless and I already received my parts.... Forget Subaru Pacific, I will go directly to Thule from now on!!! and you should do the same... More
Employees are customer service oriented! Had my first maintenance service on my new car and Erick Rodas was the one who took care of it. He described how great it serve all the needs of the service people and I had to compliment the new location myself. Everyone one I've dealt with from Jim Nielsen in Sales, the Finance dept and now Service, all have been professional and took the time to answer all questions and explain away any confusion. Mr. Robert Canche who had handled my previous service requirements, took care of all the necessary things including a rental car, explaining all the repair needs, expected time of completion, approximate cost etc. I was made to feel comfortable about the impending repair work. The facility is neat, clean, with complementary coffee etc. Sufficient space to sit and relax. I would recommend Subaru Pacific for all car needs without hesitation. More

Customer Service Robert Canche was our Subaru representative and had great customer service. Super helpful and the service was FAST!!!! It was our 6- month service a Robert Canche was our Subaru representative and had great customer service. Super helpful and the service was FAST!!!! It was our 6- month service and instead of the 1.5-2 hour wait time, it was done in 1 hour. They gave me shuttle to and from home. The drives was super nice and friendly. I felt so bad that he had to come back for me within 45 minutes. Customer service at Subaru had always been THE BEST!!! They treat their customers like family....even "after" you've purchased a car! Thank you Subaru!!! More

Great Service! Erick Rodas was my service advisor and he was very helpful in explaining the work that would be performed on my car. Also, while there, I purchased the back seat protectors and Erick took care of having them installed for me. Most of all, I really appreciated Erick's ability to work with me when I notified him that I was stuck in traffic and would probably not make the 6:00 pm closing time. He made sure that my car was ready to go when I finally got there. Thank you Erick! More
