Overall, I don't know if i can recommend John Jacinto worked with me when I took my car in for its last service. He was helpful and easy to work with. However, i've been bringing my car t John Jacinto worked with me when I took my car in for its last service. He was helpful and easy to work with. However, i've been bringing my car to this dealership exclusively for service since it was new and bringing it in every 6months or so, if not more for services due. John noticed that the 30K mi major service was never done, i'm currently at 55K mi. Nobody should know the required service better than the dealer. if i came in a bit before or after 30K it should have been done. this is why i pay extra to bring the car to the dealer during the warranty period particularly. now the warranty is over and there are some thing that need to done that may have been covered that won't be now and also compounded service was required that was very expensive and could have been distributed out. Very dissapointing. Also, if the dealer has coupons available on the website the service rep should just bring them up at the time, not wait for the customer to find them. More

Great Purchase Experience. Tom Dessaint provided some very good Internet pricing for me on 2018 Outback. Saved a lot of time and negotiating once I arrived. Best Birthday Present was my New Subaru Impreza On NYE (also my Birthday) I went in to test drive a few models but already had my eye on the Impreza Sport Hatchback. Jim Neilsen was a fantastic rep On NYE (also my Birthday) I went in to test drive a few models but already had my eye on the Impreza Sport Hatchback. Jim Neilsen was a fantastic rep who helped me through every step of the process from start to finish in finding my perfect car! Jason Anderson in the finance dept was also very sweet and threw in a few extras for me when I was signing my paperwork. In a few hours I was ready to go in my new car and I felt completely confident that I had gotten the best deal out there. The whole Subaru crew made me feel like an old friend and I can't wait to go in and say hi for the first service in a few months. Thanks everyone! More
