Fast, Friendly Service My car was part of the Takata airbag recall and I knew I needed to get that taken care of, but was procrastinating since I didn't want to take time of My car was part of the Takata airbag recall and I knew I needed to get that taken care of, but was procrastinating since I didn't want to take time off work to take in my car. Not only did the dealership call me and help me find an appointment, they also covered a rental for the day so I didn't have to take time off at all. When I arrived I was greeted by Robert Canche. He helped me with checking in and got me set up to talk to the car rental department. The process was fast and easy, and Robert's upbeat personality made it that much more enjoyable. When I returned for my car that afternoon, the airbag had been replace and my car was washed and vacuumed. Robert even had the detailers pay special attention to a water stain on my front seat that they were able to remove. The service was great at this dealership; I highly recommend! -Kristy More

Making Car Dreams Come True I walked in to Subaru Pacific today looking for my dream car, and I drove off the lot today in my dream car. I am so impressed with the level of c I walked in to Subaru Pacific today looking for my dream car, and I drove off the lot today in my dream car. I am so impressed with the level of care and service provided at Pacific. Typically, I dread going to the lot to even glance at a car because the sales people are pushy and annoy me. Subaru Pacific is different; they are authentic and down-to-earth. I called ahead to make sure that the car I wanted was on the lot (a Crosstrek XV in the desert sand color). John, the sales manager, was super friendly and made sure that he had someone available to help me out when I arrived. When I arrived, Alex Solermy took care of me. He showed me the vehicles I was interested in, let me take them for a test drive, and was incredibly patient with me while I made my decision. I never felt pressured into buying something I didn't want/couldn't afford. It was an overall fantastic experience. Thank you, Alex, for making my car buying process easy. It was an easy transition into my new Subaru because of you. More
Bought my car while out of country Yulissa Rabines worked with while I was out of country to have a new Forester waiting for me as soon I arrived back in the US. 4 hours after landing Yulissa Rabines worked with while I was out of country to have a new Forester waiting for me as soon I arrived back in the US. 4 hours after landing I cleared immigration and customs, then was meet by my son and had lunch before he took me to the Subaru Pacific dealer. I was finished in not time at all. Yulissa had everything done and I did the test drive and cleared finance and on the road in less that 4 hours of landing in LA, clearing immigration / customs, a great hamburger and proud owner of a new Forester. An A+ Shopping Experience! Prior to visiting Subaru Pacific I did a little research into a few of their models. They are the closest dealer to my home and I wanted to test drive Prior to visiting Subaru Pacific I did a little research into a few of their models. They are the closest dealer to my home and I wanted to test drive before making a decision to purchase. When I arrived, nobody came up to me immediately to ask if I needed help. I say this as a good thing because I would rather spend time on my own looking at the showroom vehicles first and not be swarmed by salesmen like at many other dealerships. When I had finished looking at a few models like the Crosstrek, Outback and Forester, I looked around for someone to arrange a test drive and found Kevin Anderson next to me with a smile on his face and eagerness to attend to my questions and needs. Kevin took me on test drives of two trim versions of the new 2018 Outback and gave me time to consider my color selection choices. He then helped me search for what I wanted which was a 2.5 Touring edition. This car unfortunately was very rare and nobody in their system had one. They did have a 3.6R which I drove and they were able to offer me a good price for it. I ended up driving off with that car and trading in my old '08 Toyota. I returned the next day to deliver my pink slip and Kevin was again there to greet me and helped me locate an included roof rack rail attachment that had not been in the vehicle the night before when I took it home. That day I also ordered a paddle board rack attachment and Kevin helped me get set up with the parts department. I really appreciated his attention to detail, care for the customer and helpfulness. I am enjoying my new car and looking forward to many years of amazing adventures and glad to be a part of the Subaru Pacific family! More

A much better service experience We own to Subaru Outback's (2013 & 2015) I have been using Subaru Pacific for service more out of convenience rather than their level of service. Yesterday I took the 2015 in for service and I was overwhelmed by the level of service from the assistant service manger John Jacinto. He was knowledgeable & professional, Given the level of service I got yesterday I will be glad to use Subaru Pacific service again and highly recommend it to other Subaru owners. More
