I researched online for a couple weeks before and didn't find any other dealers with better inventory, deals, or ratings so I was glad I could go to Subaru Pacific because it's close to where I live. They are quite chill there and I never felt pressured. Instead I felt like Carlo presented my options honestly and in a way I could understand so that I was able to make the best decision for my needs. Scheduled maintenance service finished on time! I had an appointment for the 24 mon shceduled maintenance at 1:30. I usually have to wait alot longer than the expected finish time, but this time it I had an appointment for the 24 mon shceduled maintenance at 1:30. I usually have to wait alot longer than the expected finish time, but this time it was on time including the car wash. Tony Tran was very kind and efficient and took good care of me. I like this new location because the waiting area is spacious and clean, and I can kick back and relax in one of the comfy high chairs or sofas with complimentary coffee. Thank you! More

In a matter of less than 5 emails we had a deal. Other dealerships were way more difficult and seemed unwilling to negotiate. I definitely recommend these guys/girls. No pressure and willing to make a deal where both parties are happy. More

Buying Thule accessories from Subaru Pacific I bought a Thule roof rack from Subaru Pacific and I wanted to upgrade to the locking mechanism one, so I called the number listed on my order acknowl I bought a Thule roof rack from Subaru Pacific and I wanted to upgrade to the locking mechanism one, so I called the number listed on my order acknowledgement and the call was transfer to Subaru Pacific my dealership, the man on the other side of the phone was NOT courteous, helpful nor accommodating, he basically said they would not accept the exchange since I have taken out of the box for install. I asked about a better version with a locking mechanism and he simply said that if someone wants to steal something they would and there was no way around it....interesting....I asked : why they have locking version then? Regardless, I didn't want to continue a discussion with him so I decided to just call Thule directly, they were soooo helpful and I ended up buying (3) additional parts from them directly (via Amazon) they transaction was flawless and I already received my parts.... Forget Subaru Pacific, I will go directly to Thule from now on!!! and you should do the same... More
